Ok so I think I've caught the stomach virus from my niece, im 32 weeks & 2 days... What can I take?

So since 6 this morning I have been puking unable to keep anything down including water. I am pretty sure it's a virus but I'm scared that I am already dehydrated. I feel very light headed and my stomach hurts from puking. I just called my doctor waiting on a response back. Have any of you experienced this and they told you to go to the ER? And a friend told me to get HerpecinL a chap-stick like thing to numb it and it will heal faster. But I was just curious am I going to get herpes from using herpes medicine? I know some Medicine is like a small amount of the actual virus to help like build up an immunity or w/e. Am I pretty safe here? This is ridiculous i know But I'm a worry wart and its gonna drive me insane until i know.

if diet could clear a virus there would be no viruses on earth, diet is just to stay healthy with or without hbv.

It all started after Christmas I started feeling weak and not very hungry and I had this pressure in the front of my head before then "It started a week before cause I had the common cold." well after that I got better.

I contacted the doctor through his email, after much discussion and few questions he prepared the Herbal medicine and asked for my address which I received the Herbal medicine 3 days later and with his prescription I drank the Herbal medicine for 21 days. After concluding the herbal medicine I went for test and my IgG result was confirmed Negative with no trace of the virus on my blood.
