In most cases withdrawal symptom feels like a flu. Muscle ache, diarrhea, nausea, sweat and etc.. How sever they will be or how lengthy is really different from one patients to the other. Maybe your will not be so bad. Some patients have minimum side effects. Good Luck.

I just started on Zohydro ER because the idea of not taking acetaminophen with hydrocodone was tempting. (There's a Black Box warning about the acetaminophen in Vicodin). The first day I started the Z. (about 5 days ago) I got less pain relief and much more pain than I had with 5/375 Vicodin! That's seems totally wrong but it happened. The dose of the Z is the same as I got for the number of 5/375s I took per day. Anyone else on Z. and how do you like it? Any side effects?

I took bout 200-300 mg per day for a bout a week. I noticed the side effects difficulty staying asleep and muscle tightness as well as diarrhea initially. Then toward the end of the week I started to have painful sores in my mouth and swelling of my face and throat and neck lymph nodes, pain in the nodes as well. I got my af last night my Dr want me to add metformin to my clomid this cycle I started the metformin last night almost immediately I start get stomach pain not cramps from af but pain the diarrhea sorry for tmi I know is a side effect but does it go away I need to increase my does in a week then again in another week I don't want it to get any worse any advice

OK, here's the "strange one" of the group. I have taken Vicodin for 4 years. It only makes me "grumpy" at the end of a day when I have over done my limitations and I am hurting and absolutely nothing works to ease my pain. My family knows when it's one of those evenings and they are kind enough to leave me alone and let me be a "B" all by myself. I don't even want to be around anyone. But those days are not often.

So today my Celexa dose was upped from half a pill to 1 whole pill and the side effects are coming back like when I first started... Sweaty, can't sleep, headache, stiff neck, clenching teeth... Etc. I don't know what to do. I tried taking stuff for it, including an Oxy but still no change. What can I take to make these side effects not so bad? I don't see the dr till Thursday, so I can't ask her... If anyone has any suggestions?

Any form of opiates such as vicodin,codeine, morphine all have extreme constipation side effects. In your situation it would just make your normal again and you won't get constipation.

Has anyone had any side effects from Clomid? I took it June 30-July 4. I would google it with searches like " vicodin, side effects and or vicodin liver, vicodin hepatic hepatotoxic " - You get the idea... t underestimate the effects of Vicodin on constipation. I was prescribed Vicodin for a chronic lower back issue and constipation is a living hell when I'm on Vicodin.
