i would advice you to drink a lot of fluids to keep you hydrated ( green tea, apple/
orange juice, gatorades ) . This is very important....
Get some immodium for diarrhea, advil in case of pain and headches .... a magnessium+calcium and potasium suplemments will help you with muscles cramps and RLS ... Lots of hot baths
you should ask your doctor to help you here too ...
