If you don't exercise...start. If you are overweight, plan on losing a little. If you are borderline, these suggestions will help immensely. About your uti, increase you fluids (not alcohol or caffeine) and you should see an improvement in two to three days. Good luck.

You will still end up eating carbohydrates trough vegetables and fruit, but not trough bread, pasta etc. But those that are in the fruit and vegetables are complex carbohydrates, which are good. Try having 5 small meals per day, set apart 2.5hours / 3hours. Also, whenever you feel like you want a snack, eat some fruit instead of junk food.

Go on a low carb diet for 2 weeks, and add Betaine HCI to every meal (dosage ranges from 200mg up to 1500-2000 - when you get a warm feeling in stomach you need to reduce for one caps - this is the optimal dosage).
