This pain lasted about a half hour. I have noticed that one of the veins going to the left testicle is extremely visible and a darker purple color. I was told that it was caused by a pinched nerve but threw this new recent pain experience that is not the answer. It sometimes feels as if the left testicle is not getting enough blood and is also colder to the touch than normal. Any input at all would help.

By mid-Tuesday morning I was starting to experience a dull pain in my right testicle, towards the back of the testicle. By Tuesday night the pain was stronger - not too strong, but noticeable. However, I could touch and move around my testicle without any pain. I m 34 yrs old male , when my testicle sac is tight it looks little swalloen frm left side and just left testicle upper part not all testicle, after that when i take shower with warm water my left testicle look totally normal ,and i can feel the veins like tubes connecting to my left testicle dnt have any pain or redness even there's no swelling in relax left testicle, just it feel swalloen just the upper part of left testicle when sac is tight ..
It seems the pain it’s like a pinch in the back of my testicle that radiates from the testicle to my pelvis area on the left side only. I had an ultrasound done to check torsion or any abnormalities. I also had a CT scan done from my stomach and pelvis area to rule out kidney stones bc I had them before but everything came back clear! My blood work was normal too. So I left the ER like I went in and dissapointed.
So what should I do now?
a vericocele was diagnosed in my left testicle . radiolgist it will soon in right testicle i visited a urologist he gave me offloxacin for a week den he told me to have semen analysis test . it came normal after that he put me on same medicines for a week . yesterday i went to him he again told me to have offlaxacin 400 for 15 days . and said every thing is all right . but still i feel the pain every evening . what should i do .
The varicocele has presented little to no problems over the last few years however in the last 6 months or so I am started to get a combination of red and purplish superficial veins on the shaft of my penis. The largest one is near the base, stretching from the base to about mid-shaft, and is purple or blue in color. They don't bulge out at all and are very thin. They are way more noticeable when erect, and when flaccid, if I stretch the penis they present very clearly.
My RMT pointed out a very unusual vein on my calf yesterday that I hadn’t noticed before. It’s not painful at all but scary looking. It’s about 8” long, varies in width from half an inch to 3/4 of an inch. The centre part of it is a deep red, and it’s is outlined in a dark purple-ish shade. It runs vertically up my calf, and then branches into a 2nd line. As far as I know, it doesn’t appear to be a varicose vein because there is no swelling or pain at all.

It may be a blood clot so you probably should get it checked out.
I'm 24 and recently (like within this month) I've had varicose veins appear on my legs, wrists and now one on my penis on the left. It doesn't hurt really, but ocasionally kinda tingles. I'm gonna get myself checked out tho!
I tried the inclined bed therapy thing, although at a lower angle than suggested, for about a week. It seemd to make my veins worse...
