m noticing 2 new varicose veins and small purple looking veins throughout my penis. I also noticed minor discomfort and aching on the right side of my penis. Yes, you should get it checked out. No, you shouldn't be too worried. Many, many things cause lumps in the body, and most often it isn't worrisome.
Your biggest concern would be changes, and it hasn't. So, it could just be a cyst or another varicose vein. Get it checked to make sure it won't interfere with your work and life.
