22 year old male non-smoker and in good shape. For over a year now my scrotum has been red and usually moist/sweaty even in cold climates. Recently the problems got much worse when all the veins on my scrotum became permanently red or purple. Not just the one's shown in this picture, but all over my scrotum are red veins. These veins are clearly shown at the back of the hand also. Clearly showing of veins on penis is not any disease and it does not need any treatment. Well, I would look up Deep Vein Thrombosis, too, and see if any of the symptoms relate to what is happening to you. first began to experience electric pain through groin area and noticed prominent varicose veins in right groin. also noticed numbness and tingling sensations throughout my body (pins and needles). the best I can describe it is short electric shock like pains. some muscle weakness, headaches as well as overall fatigue.
