I’ve gone through a few articles mentioning that diabetics with ED can use Generic Levitra (vardenafil). Is that true? If so, I’d like to know who has used Generic Levitra having ED and diabetes and is it safe.
,still some time i get bad thoughts, I feel ok working mood may be 2 day a week ,other days as sleepy . I asked my doctor ,he just varies the dosage of the tablets.

I have had GERD since about 2009, I was treating it with Prilosec, over the years I have had my dosage increased, increased again, then told to start taking it twice a day, now they have switched me to Nexium. In 2013 I had trouble swallowing food-bread was the worst. I had an endoscopy and they found chronic gastritis, abnormal mucosa and esophaegeal stricture, which they dilated, 6 months later I had to have it dilated again.

I have this too, I regained my weight(I only slowed my eating, never vomited) by taking enough HCL after meals to make the LES close, since the reflux was what was bothering me the most. Thanks doctor. The "Rimstar" my wife is taking is composed of RIFAMPICIN 150 mg, ISONIAZID 75mg, PYRAZINAMIDE 400mg & ETHAMBUTOL 275mg. In addition she is also given Pyridoxine HCL 25mg. She feels hypoglycemic and talks irrelevant regarding different home care matters like what care has to be taken for my daughter what about my fathers medicare? blah blah blah.... For your kind information she is diabetic for a year but sugar was under full control for the last 8 months.
Apple cider vinegar is a way to cleanse the body and balance acid and alkaline, but it doesn't increase stomach acid on a permanent basis. Betaine HCL is used for gallstones, not for stomach acidity, since it doesn't do that either. The reason is that neither stays in the stomach, so it can't permanently alter the acid/alkaline balance. The caution about HCL is more about using pure HCL food grade.

Have a bad headache and no pain meds at home. Have a little of the Buprenorphine hcl left from when my cat was neutered. It was given to him orally at a dose of 0.3cc. I looked it up and it looks like a "human" drug also, but am wondering if I am able to take this.

Thanks for your encouragement. It wasn't tile cleaner. It was muriatic acid which is industrial grade hcl. I was just worried (and still am a little). I do know that the stomach contains hcl (my undergrad was a double math bio major but thanks)...

My mum was on nexium (acid blocker) for 6 years and her health worsened. She had severe GERD. Now she takes betaine HCL with pepsin and digestive enzymes. Her health improved drastically and her GERD went away in weeks. She takes these daily with meals. Betaine HCL with pepsin only with protein meals.
