all the blisters are gone. the sores i had on the outside of my vagina have already scabbed and are almost completely gone. on the other hand.. the sores that i have on the inside of my vagina are taking much longer and are still causing me a great amount of pain. urinating is still extremely painful.
So a week ago me and my fiance had sex like 7 times in one night .. my vagina was sore for a few days but now its fine but tonight we tried to have sex but as soon as his finger got even a half inch in my vagina i felt a very painful sting. anyone know why it may hurt that bad.. the spot feel a little rough compared to the other feelings in the vagina?? all help is needed thanks.
Can anyone describe to me the healing stage of genital hsv? My blisters popped and i am now on the third or fourth day since they popped. It never scabbed it seems to have a little mark but no scab but it itches alot! And i have a head ache this afternoon. Is this normal or is it possible to get another outbreak one after another? Currently on my 9th day of acyclovir/ zovirax oral and cream. Thank you.
I recently had a yeast infection for the first time and I went to the doctor cause I was scared, and now the yeast infection is gone but now I have sores in between my vagina and butt area. The doctor gave me some cream and said it was just a really bad yeast infection but I don't think it's healing m. Can someone help me.
The next morning I went for a shower and realised there was a small amount of blood (sent bled since) and I saw I had a tear in the opening of my vagina. There is no pain in general or when I urinate, it's just a little uncomfortable. Where it had actually torn there is a white layer, is this the tear healing itself or is it a sign of infection? I have really red, irritated skin near my vagina, around the labia. I'm afraid to pee now because when I do, it burns so bad. Hi Angle, Try this its a simple thing, try some nice warm baths, but add sea salt inthem each time you have one but try daily or better twice, the salt will help with cleaning the wound and also healing it, but it will take time and its best if you can refrain from sex till you think its safe, but your body will tell you that, so when you get back to sex try lots of lubrication and take it slowly, if you get any pain stop, but keep the sea salt baths going and make sure its getting in side your

d experienced this before but much more mildly and by the next day it was gone. I know that when the vagina is healing after being torn after rough sex it can tend to itch a little bit, however it is still going on and the area around my vagina is very red. Also it may be worth noting that the same day that the itching started, my period started as well.
But, since healing whenever we have sex I get little tears, especially right at the opening of the vagina where the herpes were particularly bad. I had a partial hysterectomy about 5 weeks ago (cancer was found, a small amount, they took the uterus and cervix). I have two questions:
1. Recently I have noticed I can "feel" my vagina, meaning, I notice the inside of my vagina, as though it's dry or slightly swollen. It's not really painful, just noticable in a way I've never experienced before. Is this normal?

Mine took six weeks and felt tight the whole time... Your uterus could take a while to go down, it depends on your body... Never heard anything about actual vaginal size, mine's pretty much stayed the same throughout two pregnancies.
This could be many different things and the best thing to do is to follow up on it monday with your provider. It sounds like it's well on its way to healing so a lesion culture isn't possible at this point. You can ask for a type specific herpes igg blood test and if you have a regular partner, they'll need one done too.

One was located by my perineum and the second is located at the very opening of my vagina. The cut by my perineum is healing but the one by my vagina hasn't. Hi I have a bump near the vagina since the last two years, only one and it stay the same not growing in size whatsoever. Ocassionally it fills up with pus and bleed too. I'm diabetic, have shown it to many gyno dr's they give cream and antibiotics but no healing. I don't understand what it is. Had tested for infections and I don't have any.
I have a sore on my vagina (The mucous membrane ) from herpes ( HSV TWO - IgG 1: 230) and it just wont heal.
I used Zovirax cream for 20 days, the white-yellowish liquid on top is gone but the sore is still there. It's like the lesion just wont completely heal although it's not secreting any liquid.
