A doctor would test your urine and it would show up on the urine testing stick whether you have nitrite in the urine or not. It is very common after having "rampant sex" to experience this. And it is sometimes referred to as the "Honeymoon Syndrome". You still need to get checked out and it is also very important that you drink plenty of water, about 2 litres. Don't overdo the water drinking as this can be just as dangerous as getting dehydrated.
First and foremost you need a blood test to check to see if you have diabetes.

I definately would get checked for diabetes, and send the urine of for analysis, and culture.
