Around two months ago I started seeing a nephrologist to see if the blood is coming from the kidneys, and around the same time my UA test started showing protein in my urine. Bellow are the results of my last UA and a 24hr urine protein. With this results, Is the protein in my urine secondary to the gross hematuria or am I having protein in my urine because some how my kidneys are not working right???

So I've been having lower abdomen pain/pressure for a couple months and recently gotten worse. I went to the dr and because of my family history of ovarian cancer, my dr had me get an ultrasound. I went back on 7/1/2016 for the ultrasound results and she said everything looked normal (except for a small cyst on my left ovary, which was normal).
I had my urine tested 5 months ago and the results were normal. I again tested recently and the results are below. Could someone please give me some guidance on what could be the reason?

a liver disease that disturbs the normal passage of urobilinogen through the liver and gallbladder (viral hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver, obstruction of the gallbladder by gallstones, etc. Or your doctor may look into a urobilinogen overload caused by the release of larger quantities of hemoglobin (destruction of a abnormally high number of red blood cells as in hemolytic anemia, pernicious anemia, etc.). When do you see your doctor or have you for follow up?

One More Urine test conducted and the results are again found to be normal (Albumin, sugar, ketones)
The burning sensation has reduced a lot now, but i could feel small pain the upper abdominal area (near to the liver)
Had a consultation with the physician, he advised that there is fat in liver and it is bulged a bit after the following blood results.
My question is would NGU have risen any of these values in my urine test? Many of the things the urine test for were infection in my urine but all were normal. I already have HSV1 and my partner swears they have no symptoms of anything. So im guessing HSV2 and syphilis are not likely.

As to your previous values, ketones in your urine indicate that your cells are starving. Skip lunch and provide a urine sample in several hours and your ketones will be positive. By itself, ketonuria is not a serious issue. Protein in the urine often is due to the method of collection. If some of the urine mixes with any vaginal secretions, then your urine will probably be positive for protein.
Bilirubin, LDH, Direct Coombs Test, Indirect Coombs Test, Anti RBC Antibodies, Anti RBC antibodies titrenvd, CBC, Bilirubin in Urine, ESR, Creatinine, Urobilinogen, Hemaglobin, Hematocrit all seem to be fine, but Haptoglobin is <0.01 - completely depleted in three tests done in a week. No history or symptoms of anemia or haemolysis.
9 days ago Nitrofurantoin (200g a day for 5 days) was taken and daily birth control (Qlaira).
