if protein is not found in urine, will urine antibody test for any disease show no results? Or is it possible that there is antibody in urine but urine routine will show no protein present ?

I recently got my urine test done with the military and they sent me a letter asking for a family doctor to re-interpret the results and/or do a new urine test. To be honest, I'd be doubting his word too. A false negative usually only happens if the test was compromised or if there isn't enough of the disease present yet to detect. Urine testing would require more of the disease to be present to be detected than a culture. I know that's not the answer you wanted to hear but for your safety, I would do some digging. So sorry. My urine test results show leukocyte esterase 2+ wbc 21-50/HPF RBC 3-5/HPF epithelial cells few bacteria 1+ also 50-100.000 CFU/ML mixed urogenital flora.

i repeated the test at a different lab my urine PH came 8 btw and esterase/nitrite came negative, my problem is that sometimes i get urge to go without really having that big amount to empty, i know i can hold more for longer!

Ok,, I was wondering if any one else has had similar test results,, I went in to see my doctor and she told me she thought I had Cushing's,, due to my rapid weight gain, buffalo hump, and my bloodwork,, I guess my Cortisol was High at 26.5 ( A.M) and high Glucose 105, low calcium, low protein and low red blood cell count. All done at 8 AM after 12 hour fast. so,, I was wondering if any one else had similiar test results and or symptoms and was it indeed Cushing's.

The other test you have looks like a urinalysis( test for the urine) you have blood in your urine but only BLD + 5 UL.

Your thyroid results would need follow up though, and with likely additional testing as typically both TSH and FT4 would not be high (they should test FT3 now, and antibodies, to try to get a better picture).
