Before I gave sample I felt urine and I got confused what should I pass first urine or sperm, so I thought if I pass urine first sperms may include remaining drops of urine in ganitalia so I felt better to pass sperm first and did same, my question is edaculation while feeling urine does it effect test results such as motility or urine drops can be included and effect motility?

Your thyroid results would need follow up though, and with likely additional testing as typically both TSH and FT4 would not be high (they should test FT3 now, and antibodies, to try to get a better picture).

There is also a saline infusion test, which gives similar results. The best test is called Adrenal vein sampling. Both veins are tested at the same time. However the test can be a little tricky and is invasive, something like an angiogram test. Im not a doc but have had some experience in Adrenal Issues. Hope this is of some help. In the meantime, keep focused on enjoying life!! If it happens to be an Adrenal issue, it can be dealt with most successfully.
If the test was done on site I'm assuming it was an office urine analysis NOT urine culture that is sent off to the lab.
am considering having a hair analysis for minerals and heavy mental elments. But some others think it is not as reliable as blood tests (blood tests for minerals are limited, less than 10 kinds of minerals as far as I know). How about urine tests for them? Which tests are more reliable?
I am also thinking of test for bone density, but worried about the radiation of X rays!
And for the tests, do you think we should stop taking the supplements 1 day before the tests?

Yesterday i had the checkup analysis results,including hep B, and it was negative. all other blood parameters were normal,excepts for the mentioned ones. the urine also was ok (bilirubine and albumine including)

Oral, anal or vaginal? If a urine test could prove blood, they wouldn't give you the blood test.

I still was having constant burning in urethra therefore I went to the doctor and they performed a urine analysis for bacteria. Nitrite in urine negative and leukocyte easterase negative along with other test beside protein. He said I probably damaged my urethra or iritated it and I didn't have any std bacteria in my test. He prescribe 14 days doxycycline. I have read about cpps. Could this be it or could I have a std. I had no visible leaions for herpes either.

Good day! im 26 y.o.. i was really worried because last jan. 2012 i have unprotected oral sex w/ a sex worker.. im reall y wooried if i was infected of HIV/std's.. ive undergone semen and urine analysis and urine culture test for me to make sure if im infected.. my first semen analysis was normal in sperm count but there are pus cells present 30-45hpf and i directly headed to a dr. nd the dr. gave me antibiotics doxycycline and inoflox..
He took a urine sample for analysis. My urinalysis and urine culture came up normal; however, my urine cytology report did not.
According to the pathology report, my test was “negative for high grade urothelial cariconoma. However, my urine contained “reactive urtothelial cells, benign squamous cells, inflammatory cells and red blood cells.
Unfortunately, the report doesn’t provide the numbers of the cells, just the presence of them.
Given the results, what would be the next step?
