Hi, I used an ovulation testing kit this month. The best way to do this is to pee in the cup then hold the strip in the cup for 10-15 secs (thats wat i did). On CD12 i tested, got a control line but no test line. on CD15 i tested & got both the Control line & test line, and my test line was darker than my control. The test line HAS to be darker than the control line to be a positive for ovulation. If it is fainter than the control line, then its not a positive for ovulation.

I would like to know the reliability of nexus rapid ez trust test kit as well

so i want to now what risk i have and do i need futher blood test. my test is negative in 11 weeks and just test using elisa method only. do i need another test like pcr, western bolt or rapid test to confirm back. so is conclusive enough just do the elisa test only in 11 weeks. give me a comment because i really dont now about this.

I just curious that why they (BP Lab & Path Lab) asking me to re-test at another 3 months. That's mean 6 months after i possible exposure to HIV by a black guy from Africa. Am i still have chance to get HIV? i almost give up of my life. I can't stop thinking to wait for another 3 months for testing HIV.

s not absolute and besides, you have to know when the woman is likely to ovulate (always a guess even with ovulation test kits and reliable data from previous months).
