Well sounds like from the tests they did u still didn't get help. The reason I asked was cause the test I'm talking about would be to test if u might have too much iron. I had similar symptoms a lot of my life but more so when i was younger. I went undiognosed and have had many other problems go undiagnosed. Look up hemochromatosis which is very common only it was once thought it was very rare so screening for it is not standard.
My blood cortisol level is high. My doctor ordered a 24 hour urine test. I am currently taking fluconazole tablets & miconozole cream for a yeast infection. Also, I used topical cortisone cream on my face yesterday. I plan to collect the urine tomorrow. Will any of this interfere with the results?

Feb I went to STD clinic and had a blood test (hiv and syphilis), urine test and urethra swab test. The urine test was positive for NGU/NSU (a sufficient amount of white blood cells) and I was prescribed Azithromycin (Chlamydia dose-two tablets at once). This stopped the itching but the discomfort and redness remained.
March I had a negative urine test (immediate and culture). I was prescribed 1weeks dose of Azithromycin and Metronidazole. This did nothing to improve my symptoms.
Oh and hep B if you aren't vaccinated for it.
So I've tested positive for a uti and now (probably because of antibiotics), a yeast infection. But I had no symptoms for either of these things. My mom said she had a yeast infection when pregnant and didn't know until they told her, but I find it weird I had no clue with either of these... anyone else had similar dealings?
The risk for chlamydia is to small it's not worth going back for testing. Please do not believe the Internet when it's says chlamydia is easy to get via oral as this is not the case at all. In fact a lot of doctors believe that the risk is zero. If the test is free then go back to put your mind at ease but it's really not worth paying as the result will be negative.
