Im 90% sure that I have a urinary tract infection but I have additional symptoms that I dont usually have. s mention of 50,000 - 100,000 CFU/mL (CFU = Colony Forming Units) which indicates bacteria present in the urine, so from my somewhat limited knowledge, it does sound like you have some type of urinary tract infection...
