I am on probation and was tested positive for meth during a simple urine analysis using no specialized machines. It was just a quick on location test. I know personally that I have never done such a drug but I do take adderall xr for my ADHD diagnosis. It is prescribed to me and everything. Is this what could of caused the positive reading? If so will further examination tell officials what exactly it is so my name is not associated with meth no longer. Or should I be worried?
I don't know....when I was on subs and they would urine test me I would come up clean? I'm not sure on this one but I would definately get something in writing from your methadone clinic stating that you are a patient of theirs in a legal program, just in case.
I mistakingly sold alcohol to someone underage. I am now on probation for it. I deal with pain everyday of my life. I had(it is now gone) a script for tylox. I took a couple of my mother-in-laws lortab the other day. Does anyone know if a probation urine drug screen will be able to tell the difference between the two opiates? I know the tylox is oxycodone and the lortab is hydrocodone and both med contain acetaminephen(sp).
So I have an oxycodone problem/addiction. The past month or so I've been teeter toddle ring between using an not.. I really want to stop completely and have recently been attending NA. I have substantially reduced for this binge to about 15-25 a day/ at a time. For the purposes of this question lets assume I've been dosing this way for 2 weeks consecutively. How long will it take me to pass the drug test?

I failed my drug test for probation for cocaine and I don't do that crap but my boyfriend does everynow and then and it so happens he did some the day before I went and checked in and we had sex 45minutes to an hour before I went to probation is it possible for his drugs to pass to me through intercourse??
So my hubby is on probation for the next two yrs and I'll be having my baby in May and were married but he has a curfew of 7pm or his house arrest band goes off but my question is can he request to be at the hospital if its past 7pm?
On line the only tests they seem to offer are urine based and her solicitor has specified blood test. I have not and would not touch drugs and want to clear my name and resume access to my children but can not find anywhere that can help. Money is restricted due to my partner being made redundent last week. My ex knows all of this and I'm afraid is just another move in her game. Can anyone help??
Sub will NOT show up on a drug test unless they test specifically for Sub. If your current probation is not for drug charges, I would not think it would be necessary to tell him. I wouldn't think you would have to tell him if you were on anti-depressants, right?
But I see no reason why you should fear telling him, since your script is legal.
He had urine and blood for probation. And he wasnt taking a lot but enough for him to become addicted. He was also on them when I became pregnant with my first and my said that there was a chance of birth defects even tho I had never taken them. Luckily he was fine. I need a private doctor to write a monthly methadone prescription for me, so I can continue to stay clean from drug use. Can someone please help me. is it possible for someone who gets lidacane trigger point injections regularly to test positive for cocaine in a drug screen i was given a drug screen that showed positive for cocaine ( wich I do not use) & it resulted in my daughter being taken away from me i have been getting lidocane trigger point injections for more than a year now sometimes as many as 6-7 injections up to 3 times a week I am trying to find out y this has shown positive it was a hair follicle drug screen
My daughter is in Drug Recovery Program after completing 6 months of Drug Rehab. She is court ordered to do random UA's by her probation officer. She had to take oe last week and claims she drank a large glass of tea with sugar in it before the test and when they announced she had to take a UA' her urine was clear and her P.O. questioned her.
Well I can tell you this, I was in the same situation and took 1 20mghydrocodone because I ran out of my prescribed oxycodone. I was scheduled for a ua the following week (approx 11 days later and they didn't say anything to me. But I was worried cause 1st, my pain contract states that I can just take the narcotics my PM prescribed, and 2, they have a specific test that test for oxycodone because one is a opiate and the other is a opiod.
t care, but what difference does it make how they verified your urine sample, if you were clean? There are so many devises on the market to exchange a positive drug test for urine samples that will ensure it is clean, that I am sure a lot of corps. and treatment centers are finally catching on..... and well they should, it's about time..

I am now on probation. I have ovarian cysts, so I deal with alot of pain. I had a prescription for oxycodone(tylox), that ran out and I took a couple of my mother-in-laws hydrocodone(lortab) to help the pain one day. I have to be drug screened for probation now. I have previously posted that I have been trying to quit smoking marijuana..I am 8 weeks+2 today..yesterday I hit my hotel to ease constipation, but however today..NOTHING..no major craving or anything.
