Hi, I’m currently taking Abilify, Prozac and Clonidine and I got offered a great job, I have to do a drug test, will any of these medications make me fail? It’s a urine test at arc point labs. I’m assuming no but I want to make sure.

sub does not show up on a routine drug test for employment...sub doctors do test for it to be sure u r taking ur sub and not selling it...

I was just curious if they look for suboxen for a drug test for employment?? I have a prescription for it but was wondering if it did show up?? Any help??

I haven't smoked since May 14th 2013, and my pre-employment drug test was yesterday, August 12th 2013. Roughly 90-91 days sober from marijuana, I have drank water for every meal, including whenever I got thirsty during this time. I've also increased my fiber intake, and have pooped a lot. I'm 26, 5'10, 190 lbs, and I smoked heavily every day for years. I did a take home drug test and was negative, but those things can sometimes be misleading...

I am applying for employment with some larger companies that may require a drug test. Will the interferon and Ribavirin show up in these tests? I dont use any other drugs. Thanks.

I have an interview tomorrow for a part time receptionist position at a Personal Care Home. I want to know how to go about asking if I will have to handle any lab work or blood/urine samples. If I would have to, I can't accept the position if offered. I just don't know how to ask those questions specifically without sounding like an idiot. Any suggestions?

Can the buprenorphine-naloxone cause a false positive for oxycodone? I have seen that is can on an urine test but what about a hair test? If so, any recommendations on how to work through it to get it cleared? Thanks.

I have been taking subs for about 3 months and i would have like a day or two break in between taking it sometimes. how long will the subs give me a hot urine for??? will it still be 72hrs to clean out of my system or will it take longer since i have been taking it for 3 months.?

I know for a fact that every time I had to give urine for testing, while on methadone program, I had a legit prescribed prescription for 2 mg Clonazepam 3x a day and my toxicology report always came back negative for benzos. But if I would take a Xanax, not prescribed, it always came back positive for benzos.

To my knowledge skmedline is correct. The lab will contact you if opiates are discovered in your urine drug test. You'll be given an opportunity to provide documented information from your prescribing physician that explains the positive results. At least that is how it works in my state. Unless you are applying for a position that deems opiate prescriptions to be dangerous, such as driving, you should not have to be concerned over prescription opiates. Good Luck to you.

I was then required to take a urine drug test for employment at a lab called Quest Diagnostics the following Friday after taking the last 40 mg Vyvanse pill (approx. six days later). I just received a letter from my Union stating I have been terminated from employment with my current company for failure to pass a substance abuse test in compliance with the master labor agreement. I spoke with an attorney and he stated that I need to file a grievance with my union rep. I never wanted to be in the union. They have never done anything for me in the eight years I have been a member. They didn't even ask if I had a prescription for the medication that I tested positive for.

Dear all, I'm 27 male 185cm height 90kg weighing and avg body, fit and no disease at present, recently i have gone through my pre employment medical testing and i found my sgpt 80~90(3 different times readings in 15days), whereas lab normal range was 0~41, i do not have obesity , do not smoke or alcohol consumption, I'm fit and normal like before as test was fine before a year, do not consume more fat...

I do believe that in the future, IMO that eventually the pre employment drug screens will test for this, but for now they do not. Relax, take in a deep breath and know your ok!

i would think u would have legal grounds//unless u have sumpin in ur test that is positive for sumpin u do not have a scrip for...then u will be standing on shaky ground cos u would not look good in court....we r not lawyers tho...
