hi mky name is michelle i am 34 years old and ive had really bad incontinence for nearly 4 years i am now waiting for my urine dynamics test to see if its the support or bladder the problem i have a p[roblem with flow constant leaking which makes my legs chafe iove have had pelvic floor exersises but it doesnt work very well cause when i fart i start to leak straight after i leak when i have large amounts to drinbk to very few drinks i was wanting to ask you if will they give me surgery for this

Had old 10 mg of opana from script 2 yrs ago left over when switched pain has been pretty bad so I took them in place of my oxycodone for a few days no help. Will they show up on a urine test 5 days after I stopped taking them?

My bladder is pretty sensitive, I feel a need to urinate when there is even a little bit of urine in there. Its not too bad during the day because I'm distracted by other things, but it gets incredibly annoying at night! I keep going to bathroom every 10-15 min to squeeze out few little drops... Some days this keeps me awake for hours. If i do fall asleep, then ill keep sleeping no problem.

Im in the UK and it seems the first step is the urine test according to my NHS walk in centre but you can ask for the blood test straight away if your really worried....but I think that depends on any symptoms. Ive heard different opinions on the urine test though, I have been told that its no good by one or two people but then afew others have said its fine for an intial check. also, take a urine test for the STIs at one week, those would be conclusive.

Am back from surgery and at home! Calcium level at 8.2! Vit. D & Pot. still low will need to keep taking 4,000 units of D and 2 K-Tabs for awhile. Other than throat being slit, feeling better! Have to wait about 4wks until I can have tumors removed from ribs. Thanks for all your thoughts and help during this!

Yes, I can definitely not drink anything for 4 hours before my test. I just can't hold my urine for 4 hours! =) Thanks for your reply. I was so worried that the opk wouldn't work because I can't hold my urine for that long. My gyn also told me to test during the evening because he said the LH surge is not concentrated enough in the morning? But you just mentioned that you tested positive in the morning around 9am?

I had intercourse 1 week before I am due to have my period, my cycles are normal however because of a surgery I am not sure if they are going to remain normal, was wanting to know if I did become pregnant a week before my period was to start when can I test?? Also if I do start when I am supposed to could I still be pregnant??

Ok so I posted a question about OPKs and it got answered but I have another question...for anyone near AF/pregnant and used OPKs. I got a darker line yesterday than I normally do when I use an OPK. It wasn't positive but it was darker than normal. I'm at best (I'm guessing) I have five more days until AF is due. SO the OPK detected SOME LH but not enough for a positive, and I took an HPT this morning...

Yes, if they do not know your blood type. My surgeon had 2 units of blood reserved for me as a precaution. Thankfully, it was not needed.

My doctor took urine sample and did a quick urine test, which showed some pus cells, so he sent the sample for culture. To my surprise, it came out all clear. I feel so suffocated of this problem and am not able to enjoy our outings and even at home i battle with this. Everytime we go out and if i forget to keep on drinking water, it starts again. I started working with a certified pelvic physical therapist who has been able to make a huge difference in the problem. There is a lot going on with tension in the pelvic muscles, trigger points, pressure, bloating, intestines, etc and so on that can all effect (crap or is is affect?) the ability to urinate.

ve had a negative uti test that turned positive with the second test they do on the same urine sample. I have never heard of having to cath you in order to get a urine sample to test it. But I'm not a doctor so I guess you have to trust what they are telling you. Stinks though. I had a negative test and my doctor went ahead and treated with cipro and it was two days later that they called that the results turned positive over time.

I used clear blue 6 days before my period and it was negative but I just knew I was pregnant. I then took a test 2 days before my period and it was positive! Doctors office confirmed it with blood work. Make sure the test specifies that you can take it 5 days before your missed period and use morning urine. Good Luck!!!!

i know this is an odd question butim really panickin and need some advice thanx -- my friend has just found out she is pregnant, the problem is tho is that her urine sample got mixed in with mine but before i was told i had already handed it into my doctor, so will my urine sample now come back as testing positive 4 pregnancy just with our urine being mixed together??
