Hiya im 33+4 and i felt like i had a urine infection yesterday but ive drunk loads of cranberry juice and feel fine this morning just wanted peoples opinion on whether i should still go the doctors or not thank you for ur replies in advance :) xx

Probably a uti. Left untreated uti's can do some serious damage to your kidneys, which could cause trouble for you and baby. Call your doctor and get it treated.

I had the symptoms for 5 months with all urine and semen tests negative and left the infection untreated. Until 5 months when a urethral swab showed staphylococcus pneumoniae. I was given 3 injections of penicilin with long absorbation, but the symptoms persist. 2 weeks after the last injection the microbioligal sample was negative, but DNA showed gardnerella vaginalis and I took 7 days Levofloxacin.
