trinessa not the same

I have been on trinessa for 4 weeks now. I am on the Sunday start pills. I started the first Sunday of July. My last period started the first Saturday of July. I've been taking my pills at the same time daily. I've been having protective sex always, and the guy never releases in me. Even though he wears a condom, he always pulls out before he has to ejaculate. I am now on the 5th day of my 4th week pills (I started Sunday). I still haven't started my period.

Now my causing says that the name brand has pink pills insted of green ( the last 7 pills ) and it spins to dispence every pill, and trinessa you have to punch trough the bottom to get the pills... Now I just want to know how the name brand of ortho tri cyclen really looks like, if anyone can provide a pic would be very helpful ...... Please I don't need anyone making fun of me here so for anyone that thinks this is just too stupid please don't post anything here ...

i was on the shot for 3 months, my period was acting up. it took me 3 months to get back on it. i just started the trinessa birth control pill a month ago but i feel nauseated, i take it everyday and i am a week late. am i pregnant or is it the pill playing mind games with me?

I took Tri-Sprintec (which is the same thing as Trinessa) for 3 years and my period almost always came on Wednesday of my inactive week (I was a Sunday start so Wednesday was the 4th day of the inactive pill week). Once or twice it came on Tuesday. It is because it take a few days after the last active pill for your progesterone levels to level out and trigger your period.

I loved the nuvaring! But I have visual migraines that cause me to. E on a low estrogen kind of birth control, so it was that, pill, arm implant, or iud. I did the pill for a while, but I'm not responsible enough to take it daily at the same time.

A few weeks ago I was on flagyl for bacterial vaginosis. I continued to take my birth control throughout at the same time every day and did not miss a pill. 11 days after I was off the antibiotics I did have sexual intercourse. Like I said, I continued to take my birth control as normal, and he withdrew before ejaculating. I also had been off the antibiotic for over a week. I am just concerned on my risk of pregnancy.

Nothing was done after that. The next month, in late August, the same thing happened again, but this time I went to the ER where I was given Morphine and medicine for nausea. A CT scan was done where they again found fluid and diagnosed a ruptured ovarian cyst. I had the same symptoms previously within the past few years, but it wasn't severe enough to warrant a trip to the ER, but the more times it happens, the more severe the pain is.

I was wondering if I'm still protected if I just continue on with the pack as usual. I didn't miss a pill, I just lost a few of the ones I should have been taking next. My birth control is Trinessa.

t affect you when you go back on the white pills, even if you took them at the same time as two of the white pills. That would suggest that you're having breakthrough bleeding, which would itself suggest you aren't protected this month and should be talking to your doctor about dosage.

I'm 24 years old. Been on birth control since 9th grade. Not too long ago insurance switched me to trinessa. The first month of those I bled after intercourse when I still had one active pill left. It's been probably 3 month since the switch now. I take it around same time every day not exact. But it's my blank pills week and I have not been having my normal period. There is not much of a flow, it's mainly when I wipe.

I am currently on TriNessa birth control and this is my 2nd month of being on the pill. I have a vacation planned in about 2 weeks and the timing lines up perfectly with when I am supposed to be on the 7 sugar pills. This means I will have my period during my vacation. I REALLY want to avoid this. Is it okay for me to skip the 7 sugar pills and go straight to taking a new pack of birth control, therefore skipping my period?

I'm 21 years old and have been on Trinessa for about 2 months. With the first month, my period was scheduled to start halfway through my pill cycle and instead I just spotted a little. And today I am spotting again and I'm not supposed to start for another 3 weeks. I was originally on TriNessa and have not taken it for approximately two months now. the day before yesterday, after Intercourse with my husband i noticed some light brown spotting when cleaning up. Yesterday I didn't have any spotting and today it is a darker brown. I have never had this spotting before. My period isn't due until the end of the month.... When I was on the pill I had the same issue, I think it might just be the hormones in the pill that reduces your period to nothing, over a period of time.

I've done it before..for the same reasons. Docs say not to bc it does mess with your hormone levels for the month but If its just one time you should be fine. But Stop the pills a little before the week you want to start bc since its not time it may take a day or so for you to start..at least it did for me..

well to our luck it busted and we did not realize it til we were done... we are both planning to retest anyway, but the question is, was the time we waited long enough for the medicine to fully treat us? And also will our little mishap have caused us to get of again? She is also currently taking cephalexin for her cold and trinessa for birth control.... please help with any information you might have, thanks...

I started my period(bleeding) around the 25 or 27th of may. I started taking Trinessa on the 10th of may. I have been having protected sex for a while now(even though we are both tested). But I had unprotected sex 3 times last night, 2 times were pullouts and the 3rd time was not. Within a period of 2-3 hours. Could i get pregnant? I am not stupid and know about pre-*** and that the best way to avoid pregnancy is to practice abstinence but i messed up and need some advice asap.

I have a two year old son and a one year old son. I'm 22 weeks ( today!!:) ) pregnant with our first baby girl. for the last two days and nights my back or pelvic has been popping/clicking. HELP I had a baby 3 months ago gave natural birth and had stitches my stitches are healed now but things down there are not the same, my virgina is very big I went to my gyne 2months after I gave birth and he said it will get smaller once I stop breastfeeding its been about 3wks since I stopped breast feeding but it still looks big, sex is very uncomfortable but DH said we should just be patient. t work well if you want to skip your period by taking the packs back to back because the pills go from low dose to high dose of hormones instead of the same level for all 3 weeks. For me, I wanted to stay protected and continued to finish out the pack and went back to respecting the placebo week. My period normalized after a while.

If the green pills are the ones you take at the end of a pack when you get your period, then they're inactive and you don't need to take them. Birth control pills have instructions about what to do in case of missed pills, including when you need to use a backup method. Usually missing one pill is fine. If you've been breastfeeding, that can also provide some protection against pregnancy (although I would certainly not rely on just that).

4) Am I supposed to take the white active pills instead of the placebo pills, or not take anything at all for those 7 days? 5) If I were to take two of the placebo pills, and then stop after those two days, will my period happen for those two days and then go away when I stop? 6) How likely is it that there will be spotting during those days if I were to not take the placebo (green) pills? I am very new at this, obviously so any answers/suggestions will help!

Hey I had a couple questions my girlfriend is late on her period and is on birth control with TriNessa lo and takes the pills she didn’t receive her period yet and is on 5th inactive pill she’ll take a pill late sometimes but folllow up with 2 pills if she misses one from previous daywhat are the chances she is pregnant ?
