Avatar n tn I have been on trinessa for 4 weeks now. I am on the Sunday start pills. I started the first Sunday of July. My last period started the first Saturday of July. I've been taking my pills at the same time daily. I've been having protective sex always, and the guy never releases in me. Even though he wears a condom, he always pulls out before he has to ejaculate. I am now on the 5th day of my 4th week pills (I started Sunday). I still haven't started my period.
Avatar m tn My birth control is Trinessa.
Avatar n tn I am on trinessa. It is my first month on birth control ever and usually my periods are about 19-25 days apart. I am on my 3rd day of the inactive pills right now and have still not gotten my period. I originally went on birth control because my periods are so irregular and to protect myself against pregnancy. I took a pregnancy test two days ago just to settle my nerves and it came back negative. I still have not gotten it though.
Avatar m tn Hi, Atrial fibrillation with heart failure should be promptly treated to prevent complications like thromboembolism, end stage heart failure etc. Rhythm control and rate control measures are required for your husband. What was the underlying cause for atrial fibrillation? If any cause is present that should be treated first to control this situation. Drugs like beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, digoxin are useful in controlling rate.
Avatar n tn i was on the shot for 3 months, my period was acting up. it took me 3 months to get back on it. i just started the trinessa birth control pill a month ago but i feel nauseated, i take it everyday and i am a week late. am i pregnant or is it the pill playing mind games with me?
Avatar f tn I am currently on trinessa and have been for a couple of years. A few weeks ago I was on flagyl for bacterial vaginosis. I continued to take my birth control throughout at the same time every day and did not miss a pill. 11 days after I was off the antibiotics I did have sexual intercourse. Like I said, I continued to take my birth control as normal, and he withdrew before ejaculating. I also had been off the antibiotic for over a week. I am just concerned on my risk of pregnancy.
18026835 tn?1462471175 I'm 21 years old and have been on Trinessa for about 2 months. With the first month, my period was scheduled to start halfway through my pill cycle and instead I just spotted a little. And today I am spotting again and I'm not supposed to start for another 3 weeks. I'm very nervous and I don't want to be pregnant since it won't be my fiancée's and I don't want to deal with a baby from that awful situation....
Avatar f tn You state in your title that you have a low heart rate but describe your issue in % which is more related to ejection fraction rate. Are you clear on whether the doctor was describing your heart rate or ejection fraction. This could very well determine how troubling your issue really is. I would think a slow heart rate would be not quite as troubling as a low ejection fraction that said, I would assume you are being treated for your heart failure. Please do not stop doing so.
Avatar f tn ve been reading many old posts on here and just wanted to ask this question... I was originally on TriNessa and have not taken it for approximately two months now. the day before yesterday, after Intercourse with my husband i noticed some light brown spotting when cleaning up. Yesterday I didn't have any spotting and today it is a darker brown. I have never had this spotting before. My period isn't due until the end of the month.... The most common question I found here is...
1467724 tn?1286430368 If her heartbeats are 15 and should be 60, she may benefit from a pacemaker which will regulate the rate of her heart to a preset rate and hopefully help her - also if it is heart failure she may need meds to help with that. Here's the forum on MH that deals with heart failure a bit more: http://www.medhelp.
Avatar f tn Hello! Sorry this is long, but here is my story... I have a couple questions. I have always had painful and irregular periods. This past July, I went to my family doctor after fainting, vomiting, and having severe abdominal pain. My Dr. had to go deliver a baby, so I lied in the room in horrible pain for a couple hours; when he finally came back in, the pain was gone. He did a pelvic ultrasound a couple days later and found fluid, which led to a diagnosis of a ruptured ovarian cyst.
Avatar f tn How do we define heart failure? Am I correct to say that it does not refer to an absolute state but more to the degree of inefficiency of the heart in performing its function? Is it true that when a person has heart failure, it doesn't mean that his/her heart is going to stop beating soon, and that death is imminent? A cousin of mine has had chronic atrial fibrillation since 3 months ago.
Avatar f tn And also will our little mishap have caused us to get of again? She is also currently taking cephalexin for her cold and trinessa for birth control.... please help with any information you might have, thanks...
Avatar f tn I am worried about heart failure. Do you think they would have been looking for heart failure when I went to the ER? And given the information I have given you does this sound like a possibility of heart failure?
Avatar f tn What concerns me is this - for the last couple of years, I have been having spells of tachycardia and now have a resting heart rate of 110-130bpm. This constant tachy state leaves me tired and breathless.
Avatar n tn A rapid heart rate with LOW blood pressure could be a sign of heart failure, but in your case, I would guess (I'm no doctor) that your heart is fine. I wouldn't worry about the blood pressure, but you need to find out why your heart rate is that high.
Avatar m tn You have atrial fibrillation that comes and goes. And you have a fast heart rate when you are in atrial fibrillation and a slow heart rate when you are not in atrial fibrillation. This is called tachy-brady syndrome. You had an AV node ablation procedure that destroyed the AV node in your heart. You have a problem with the natural pacemaker of the heart (AV or SA node). You take a medicine for atrial fibrillation that slows your heart rate too much.
Avatar n tn I started my period(bleeding) around the 25 or 27th of may. I started taking Trinessa on the 10th of may. I have been having protected sex for a while now(even though we are both tested). But I had unprotected sex 3 times last night, 2 times were pullouts and the 3rd time was not. Within a period of 2-3 hours. Could i get pregnant? I am not stupid and know about pre-*** and that the best way to avoid pregnancy is to practice abstinence but i messed up and need some advice asap.
Avatar f tn Hey I had a couple questions my girlfriend is late on her period and is on birth control with TriNessa lo and takes the pills she didn’t receive her period yet and is on 5th inactive pill she’ll take a pill late sometimes but folllow up with 2 pills if she misses one from previous daywhat are the chances she is pregnant ?
Avatar m tn Is it possible to have a normal heart rate and have heart failure or heart disease or arrhythmia ?
Avatar n tn If your husband has had heart failure, the increase of the heart rate can be significant and I agree with becki to see a doctor and get the heart rate under control. An increase in the heart rate can be due to a lower than normal cardiac output with heartbeat, and the heart has to pump faster and harder to meet the system's demand for blood/oxygen.
