I've been getting these things for about 2 1/2 weeks now. At first I thought they were warts, as they itch and are spreading, but some of the new ones I've been getting don't appear to be warts at all.
I'm hoping someone can give me an idea of what they might be, the photo is of my forehead and my right hand.

another said they think it is flat warts. one gave me some crappy mineral oil like vaseline stuff. triamcinolone o.1 % ointment.
i dont think that will do anything. its been a week. they may look ok but r still there. the bumps on my inner butt look the worst. they are big bumps. like four bumps. i hope its nothing and that it will go away. i dont want my life to be over if it doesnt go away.
I said in the last 2 weeks I had had sex once with an ex-gf, with a condom (about 4 days prior to symptoms) and used a hotel skin cream to masturbate while on a business trip. The doctor prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide.
There is a lot of rash area on my penis, especially near the top of my penis (joining of the base to the head) and is very red with a burnt look to it (clear fluid covering burn area). I have taken some pictures to show but I don't think i'm allowed to post there.
They started on my hand and have now worked their way on my arms, legs, face, and scalp. I was told by a dermatologist that they were flat warts, but on a whim I just had one of the biopsied last week.
The biopsy says the following: Dilated hair follicle with cystic change and features of epidermal inclusion cyst. Surrounding chronic inflammation is present. Atypia or features of malignancy are not identified.
I was told originally this was hot tub foliculitus however the Nystatin and Triamcinolone along with the clindamycin did not work. I am now on Triamcinolone Acetonide and that also does not seem to be making any difference. What are possibilities that this could be? I have look at over a hundred warts pictures and they do not seem to look like anything I have seen on reputable sites like mayo clinic. However these bumps will not go away.
as long as you dont scratch it and keep it clean itll go away faster and itll be a less of a chance to not spread it.. ive been using this ointment called Triamcinolone acetonide ointment USP, 0.1% .. it seems to be helping me.. my bumps have been getting smaller.. and they arent itchy at all.. i googled and didnt see anything about not being able to use it.. but its really starting to make it go away... and i use cortizone cream when its really itchy.. you can also use the cream called aldara.
Visual diagnosis 3 years ago as plaque psoriasis in the genital area and prescribed Triamcinolone cream 1%. When I felt itchy, I began using the cream immediately. Within a week to 2 weeks of using a small amount of the cream daily my skin healed. Unfortunately it would recur within about a month. Visited derm dr. recently and he diagnosed as herpes. I have not used the cream and have had a lot of pain and outbreak in the same 2 sites.
) But how serious is an allergic reaction to triamcinolone? Or is it the combination of lidocaine and triamcinolone that caused the mess?
Decadron® (dexamethasone) 4 mg is not the therapeutic equivalent of Kenalog® (triamcinolone acetonide) 80 mg. Using the Lexi-Calc corticosteroid conversion formula, the ratio of the 2 would be close to 5:1. So it would take Decadron® (dexamethasone) 16 mg to be approximately the equivalent of Kenalog® (triamcinolone acetonide) 80 mg.
I'm 19 years old. I've had 3 ringworm outbreaks in less than a year, but I'm still not sure if it's ringworm. It always starts out with 1, 2, or 3 small red bumps. All the bumps have a white head and can be ruptured. If i scratch it or rupture the bumps by applying cream, it spreads. It is itchy, but only sometimes. But it never forms a circle. The bumps itself is in a circular form, but it is just a cluster of small raised bumps, not a ring with a clear center.
prescribed Fluocinonide cream usp 0.05 by TARO, I also have on hand Triamcinolone Acetonide cream usp 0.1. Are they interchangeable The rash is getting larger and itches as it grows.
Hi, i have a dry red area on the head of my penis. I'm not circumcised.
It has been like this for maybe 4mths and was probably caused by not using a condom.
In the past i treated it with Canestan cream and it stopped it drying out but was occasionally itchy.
It never quit so i saw a doctor who put me on some tablets (sorry don't have name) and i had to apply triamcinolone acetonide lotion twice a day after showering.
I have some itch, is Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP 0.1% a good cream for this? Are there any side effects to this cream?
I’ve had what appears to be balanitis for 8 months now. I’m uncircumcised. I’ve tried ketoconaznole, triamcinolone, hydrocortisone, nystatin& triamcinolone. Also used basic lotions etc. basically nothing has worked. The most recent dermatologist I saw said that I have balanitis that turned into dermal hyper sensitivity/ a sensitized skin. He prescribed desonide ointment that didn’t work and also prednisone. Gave me some epiceram cream as well.
Don't use Triamcinolone anymore if you can help it as overuse can cause real problems. We read about it here all the time because it can thin the skin.
I would try Psoriaflora cream or clear 100% aloe vera.
What does skin atrophy look like? I used a steroid cream Triamcinolone on my face months back. I used it periodically over the course of 3 to 4 months. Now my facial skin looks almost scarred. I can't quite tell if it is permanent scarring or atrophy. Can a steroid cream produce scarring? Is this reversible? How long does it usually take to reverse?
I used some gloves (Nitrile Exam Gloves) and i had a bad irritation because of that. I stoped used the gloves anymore and I went to the doctor. He gaved me NYSTATIN and TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE OINTMENT USP. It worked for a couple of days but then the ointment was gone , and i had no more refill. After only one day, the irritation started again. I went to the doctor again and he gaved me TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE CREAM USP, 0.1%.
5%w/v, Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1%w/v, Chlorhexidine HCl 0.5%w/v. The Muco-Aid is a bottle of liquid lotion, which weigh around 8g. I actually used few times in the window period of 12 weeks. Probably few days before testing too, even a day before testing. I cannot remember the exactly when did I put the lotion in my mouth for ulcers.
I have read somewhere that steroid might delay antibodies production of HIV making the test result not accurate. In this case is Triamcinolone Acetonide.
I also noticed smaller bumps on her elbows. Is this a rash or a virus. At first i thought it was warts, but would warts be on all four elbows and knees? So far its been 5 days and i did start to apply A+D original Ointment. She also uses TRIAMCINOLONE 0.0025% cream for Vitiligo which she has around the pelvic area. we have been using this for about two weeks. Could this be a reaction from the cream?

As I had previously experience of psoriasis, I thought I may help it with triamcinolone cream. After using triamcinolone, I didn't have the itch but once I stopped using it, the itch would come back.
I injected triamcinolone (1/2 ml in two points) under skin (1-2 mm depth). The itch went but the area remained little red for about 2 weeks. Then the area turned into whiter or brighter (which was visible only in sunlight).
I met with the first available doctor. he said it looked like small genital Warts. He gave me some Condylox. I used that for a few weeks and nothing changed and the burning persisted. I went to see my regular Obgyn and we tested for EVERY STD. Syphilus, Gonnorea, chlamydia, HIV, we even tested cervical cancer, we did a herpies culture and an HPV culture. All cam back negative.
I have Triamcinolone Eucerin Cream. I need to be able to wash it off my hands. Does anyone know what makes it salulable? What kind of soap?
