tramadol with citalopram

i am currently taking 20mg citalopram, i suffer with server back problems and im usually prescribed naproxen 250mg which help with the pain. Am i able to take my naproxen with my citalopram? as i am currently lots of pain and unsure what can take.

m 62, was diagnosed bi-polar in 1986 and put on Lithium but not monitored properly so came off it after being sacked. Started again in 1990 and was also put on Citalopram at that time. Have been on both ever since and have been up and down like a yoyo, In 199I 8 I was diagnosed HIV positive, fired again. Put on meds, got lypodysrophy but thatit's a bit better now. Recently left husband, got fired (again), moved country so was pretty shattered and scattered, and angry.

I was prescribed tramadol for pain do to an injury and I take citalopram and quetiapine for depression. I also have emphysema and use advair.

Hi , my partner has receantly had an incident were she collapsed at the side of the road , was attended to by paramedics , was tacicardic , breathing problems and involuntary muscle twitching , unconscious and no reaction to pain test , she was put into a anesthectic state , intubation, fluids and oxygen given and air lifted to hospital , we think this may have been contributed to by her medications as she was prescribed 40mg citalopram , 400mg tramadol , zopiclone and D3 supplement , it was als

ve tried over 10 on many different intervals and finally gave up and found a way, for me, that works to handle any of my depression issues. I do however, take Tramadol as it helps me immensely with the aches and pains and actually gives me a bit of a mood boost as well. I do not take the Tramadol that has acet./Tylenol in it. I take just the regular strength of Tramadol 50mg, not the ER. It works fine for me.

His moods were all over the place, we are at the end of our tether as these doctors are messing with his medication, research we have done tells us that he should not be on this mix of drugs especially as a recovered alcoholic and with his history of depression with one suicide attempt in 1997. That was fun to google -- lots of porn there. This appears to be a pharmaceutical product combining three medications for cold and cough. The antihistamine part apparently can be sedating, as so many medications are, but as it's a side effect and you can't take too much of it, I'd probably give this a pass. I'd try some melatonin 1mg and see if that helps.

I started with 187,5mg Effexor and my strong depression went away in 3 months. Because of a dizzy brain, difficulty in concentration I reduced to 75mg. But still I feel sick and tired in the afternoon - strange but it becomes better after meal. But I have to take a antidepressiva for a long time, to reduce the risk of a fallback. So I search for a better drug with less sideeffects. I tried zoloft and citalopram but the sideeffects were worse.

Hello, I am a 54 year old male with severe anxiety and am taking 40 mg of citalopram and lotrel for bp issues. I recently read that citalopram can cause long qt syndrome and since my anxiety issues are driven by my health, I am concerned. My resting heart rate is in the low 50's, I have no family history of long qt, but with my low heart rate I wonder if I should cease to use citalopram. My doctor does not feel this is a problem but I thought I should seek other opinions Thanks .

Hi....I take this for general anxiety with excellent results. You don't have all the side effects with this type of medication compared to an antidepressant. I think you will find that you're going to feel much better! Take care.

Can I take L-Theanine with citalopram? I use to take L-Theanine and it use to help my anxiety a whole lot. My anxiety is really bad im on my second week of citalopram.
