The best thing to do now that you tapered is to just push through the WD. It will stink for a few days and slowly get better. Read the Thomas Recipe. It has great info. Take some advil and imodium. They will both help some. Also, you might try a heating pad for the tingling?? Maybe that will help some. The nausea is something I didn't have with tramadol WD. I had EVERY other symptom imaginable though, and I know that you will feel better soon!
ive been to see a second doctor today because i needed to be signed off from work whilst i get over the tramadol withdrawels and he agreed with me that taking an AD to help is the best thing to do and also agreed that tramadol does cause problems. yet my actual doctor says hes not heard of it before!
