Avatar f tn The only thing with eating so much at a time is that you may regret it later like u are now lol. I use to get really bad heartburn after eating too much. Good luck with those twins though! Maybe ur body is just preparing u to carry 2 babies :) Take care!
Avatar f tn I've been feeling like I'm getting to much sleep too I don't get to sleep 12 hrs bc I have an almost 2 yr old but I feel like i could very easily. This is my fourth baby and I've always felt so tired with each pregnancy but this time is the worst! I have an appt. Tuesday and I'm going to have the doc see if my iron levels are low or what else could be causing my extreme tiredness. I'm tired of being tired lol.
Avatar m tn And sometimes when you have inadequate sleep, it could cause sleep debt and make you to sleep soundly. However, if it persists consult your doctor to rule out sleep disorders. Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
Avatar n tn I've been taking 2 capsules a day. I've not been over endulging in fishoil. I thought there was never a such thing as overdoing B12, this is my first time taking B12 in a bottle.
3183328 tn?1351183517 She is a little pudgy girl, seriously. She does have broad shoulders and wide hips like our mom. She is pretty active and eats pretty healthy. She's only worried about her weighing too much when she's older since she weighs that much now.
1339808 tn?1276321180 Only a series of blood tests could tell you this definitively. Some people need a lot of sleep, some need very little. While the above statement is generally true, it isn't necessarily true for any specific individual. It also depends on how long you haven't slept for and why and what your diet is like. Why aren't you sleeping? Partying too much, working too hard, or anxiety? And how long has it lasted?
Avatar m tn 6-8 weeks is better....until your test show you are on the right dosage but too much can cause a heart attack and all kinds of problems......I ended up having two mri test , eye dr test, etc and everything came back normal until I realized.......I KNOW IT IS THE MEDS...and cut the dosage in half and slowing came back to normal..i skipped several days......and then cut the dosage in half.....
Avatar f tn I walk every day for an hour and still work my manual labor job at 33 weeks. ...anyone else gaining too much weight?
Avatar n tn That is very normal in the first trimester. I would sleep 12 hours and still feel tired. When your body gets used to the hormones you won't be feeling so tired. Second trimester is the BEST. You'll have energy and feel great.
Avatar f tn I've been the same way, I think it's either way. Some women can't get to sleep whereas others can and sleep even more than usual...
Avatar f tn Anyone else feel like they are sleeping too much.37 weeks and 5days. After i get my son on the bus in the morning I come home and sleep till noon or 1 in the afternoon... I'm always feeling tired. Just wondering if anyone else feels that way.
10369646 tn?1418193617 I am 38+2 and exhausted 99% of the time. Unfortunately due to pain and being uncomfortable I don't sleep much more than 6 hours at night but do take a nap half way through the day.
Avatar f tn It can be your iron but then again just get the rest that's how i was during my 1st trimester n now im in my 3rd ...you'll get through it...try eating salted crakers n drink lots of fluids try to stay away from sodas n coffee ..
Avatar n tn nellies is right, too much O2 isn't good for your husband because he will eventually become more and more dependent on it and it would be tough to wean it down. However, turning from 2 liter to 3 liter when he really needs it is probably not as harmful as leaving him there short of breath. I would recommend purchasing a pulse oximeter to monitor his O2 level.
Avatar f tn No sleep is too much sleep. Pretty soon you'll be in my shoes.
