The sides of my tongue has flat linear black patches. Since birth. But there is no pain or any problem.

I have some red bumps on the back of my tongue an I don't know what they are. They don't hurt and they are grouped together. I noticed them a couple days ago and thought that I could have just burnt my tongue but not sure.

Thanks for the comment, however, I think something may have been missed. This is definitely not a 'normal' part of my tongue/mouth, but a growth on my tongue that just popped up. It matches (albeit very few) googled photos of oral warts...

Each time the activities that took place were french kissing, protected blowjob (apart from one time), unprotected cunnilingus (tongue deep in to the vagina) and protected sex. Got what appears to be a rash on my tongue and after looking it up it appears to be geographic tongue and I was wondering if geographic tongue was indicative of any diseases. I recently posted on the HIV forum and was told I was in a no risk category but maybe Im just being stupid but I recently developed this rash that I never noticed before and was hoping for any insight on whether this is a symptom of any diseases. I also drink a lot and have been stressed a lot so maybe those contribute.
Around 2008 august, I had a pain on the left side of the tongue.(the border line between the top of the tongue and the left side of the tongue). The pain went away gradually but something like a hard white bump/skin appeared on where the pain was. I tried to remove it but couldn’t. The Hard white bump/skin disappeared after about 10 days.
I did an HIV test as mentioned above and it was negative.
After this test, the condition I mentioned above re-appeared in 2008 November.
Gave her oral and now have these bumps on tongue. Timing seems to link it to an STD or something dont think it happened around same time as coincidence.

About mid Sept I started feeling sick with cold/flu symptons that lasted for like a week then started getting this burning feeling around my mouth. Just kind of put it out of my mind as just a weird cold. Then beginning of Oct I noticed these bumps on my tongue and it started burning pretty bad.

It has a patch that has a whitish border around it. It is kind of like what something would look like on a map (geographic . . .). Okay. So I have been having throat problems lately, and the other day I was able to touch my epiglottis deep in my throat. Today, as I looked in the mirror with a flashlight pointed in my throat, I could see my epiglottis clearly visible. I was not sticking my tongue out. I've been having some breathing problems lately, and I know a lot of it is anxiety related, but I would like to know if my visible epiglottis could be serious. I am 15 years old. Please help.
