I used to play sport, dance a lot, run marathons all whilst bringing up 4 children. With CFS I am a completely different person, in my mind i want to do everything I used to and more but in fact I just can't, too tired and worn out. It's all I can manage to cook a meal and do a little housework every day. I must just add that there are a lot of people with CFS who are a lot worse than me, some are bedridden and have to be tube fed.
My doctor said that I cant marry an other person who has any sort of thyroid disorder or else I god forbid wont be able to concieve or the child whill be born with something wrong with him. However, does this apply to any other endocrine disorders or other diseases in general, or it only applies to the thyroid.
I have no such diseases. I have some feet allergy since i was 9 or 10 months old. Nothing else. And I am 17 years old.
According toa study done by Tsutomu et al, high creatine kinase (CK) level without any other clinical findings is sometimes observed in children. Creatine kinase is localized to skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, a smooth muscle, and brain. When these organs are disturbed, localized CK is released into blood. Each time the activities that took place were french kissing, protected blowjob (apart from one time), unprotected cunnilingus (tongue deep in to the vagina) and protected sex. After the first month I had a couple of tests done that came back negative. Im very anxious that I have been infected with sexual diseases. I have been very stupid in my behaviour, i am a young guy and have learnt my lesson. What is the chances of me being infected with STD's or HIV/Aids.
About 16 months ago I performed cunnilingus on a sex worker (like an idiot) for about ten minutes. Got what appears to be a rash on my tongue and after looking it up it appears to be geographic tongue and I was wondering if geographic tongue was indicative of any diseases. I recently posted on the HIV forum and was told I was in a no risk category but maybe Im just being stupid but I recently developed this rash that I never noticed before and was hoping for any insight on whether this is a symptom of any diseases. I also drink a lot and have been stressed a lot so maybe those contribute.
When she is suffering, she scratches her tongue using her teeth which then creates white sores on her tongue. Nothing helps and no one has been able to diagnose the problem. My husband and I are heartbroken. We don't know how to help her. She often says she wishes someone would just remove her tongue.

Had burning feeling in tongue over decade, but some five years ago i noticed circular shapes forming on my tongue. They are not always there but sometime they appear, never one, sometimes smaller sometimes they go big. They are anywhere on tongue, but mostly dorsal or sides. The ones that appear on tongue tip can cause burning feeling for some time.
It is attached to the base of his tongue in the back of his throat/mouth. My girlfriend says her son has low muscle tone due to some rare disorder. By 2 he wasn't speaking yet so he was evaluated and that's when they discovered this extra piece of skin in the back of his throat on his tongue. What is it? What is the name of the disorder? I noticed the furry yellow tongue a week ago, I've been brushing tongue and using listerine it helps for a few hours and then come back I have IBS also. TIve been using Benifiber for a 3 weeks now and wonder if this was the cause. I'm usually very regular and for a few weeks was not so I used Miralax I wonder if these things are causing the yellowing on our tongues?? Does anyone have any answers for us?
Hello everyone I have some questions that none seems to be able answear...i've been sufering from geographic tongue (bald patches on surface of tongue) my main concern is: I don't know if these patches are like open windows for other infections to go in like cuts or open sores I don't want to put my self at risk for any other diseases specialy during oral sex...
She is the same age, divorced with three children and have only met a man before me who was also in our age, so I assume the risk that any of us would carry HPV is quite small?.
Every now and then torment me the idea, perhaps as much because I regret the incident that I'm worried about HPV, to my nature, I am very motionless for diseases.
I did ask my dentist about them he basically said the factors that could cause but didn't mention diseases. What types of diseases can cause canker sores? Do these diseases only cause canker sores or do they do other damage to the body?

I am really concerned as I engaged in deep tongue kissing with a man I'd just met and was on antibiotics so my tongue was raw from thrush. What is the risk of contracting HIV or Hepatitis with a raw tongue? I also noticed from about an hour afterwards that I had a bad taste in my mouth and my lips and tongue starting burning and still are burning a week later. What could be causing this? My doctor suspects Herpes and I'm on oral Acyclovir. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
I went to my doctor and he thought it was geographic tongue. He also gave me nystatin just in case it was candidiasis. Took the nystatin for 6 days now and most of the spots have cleared up. Now im freaking out thinking it really was candidiasis :(
Please help if you can.
