Drink minimum 3 litres of water daily, most fruits and vegetables, small portion meals, no late night meals, low fat diet focusing only on the good fats (HDL). Also, as you must know, exercise mainly cardiovascular minimumb 45 min as the longer you do cardio the more % of fat you are burning.

Losing weight is easier if you have someone to support you so find a family member or close friend who will also try to lose weight with you. Fast food is packed with calories and fat (at least most of it is) so avoid it but if you're going to eat it then try to get the healthiest thing there and yes drinking water does help.

I know people will say "just eat more" but it really isn't that simple. It's problematic for my stomach to adjust to larger portions. My antibiotics are also causing extreme fatigue; I can't exercise regularly like I used to (exercise really helped) and I sometimes skip meals.

This time im sticking with it. What i do is run in the mornings, about 1 or 2 miles, make sum eggs, do the workouts they give here, then later on in the day go outside for a walk for an hour. I suggest a high radio workout start off slow ten to fifteen min bit work up to about 30 min you should have some protein after a workout a couple thin slices of cheese or a handful of permits should do the trick. Be positive mad have positive thoughts. Don't weigh yourself everyday wait at least a week if not two for weigh ins.
