There are lots of things that help in losing weight
but I would definately not encourage fast
as you will just gain it back later.
Drink minimum 3 litres of water daily, most fruits and vegetables, small portion meals, no late night meals, low fat diet focusing only on the good fats (HDL). Also, as you must know, exercise mainly cardiovascular minimumb 45 min as the longer you do cardio the more % of fat you are burning.
