Our 4 year old Old English Sheepdog has been throwing up regularly for a few months. She always had a sensitive stomach and tended to throw up if she ate something other than her food or if she drank her water too fast but now she is throwing up yellow bile a couple times a week on an empty stomach. About a month ago she coughed up blood so we took her to the vet.

I threw up in the middle of eating and it may sound weird but I just continued eating afterwards because I felt a little better but sometimes it would ruin my appetite ask day and I would make myself snack on crackers and other small things just to keep food in my stomach because throwing up acid is the worst! I hope you feel better mama!

That doesnt sound right. Ive nvr heard of ppl throwing up blood from a UTI. Ive heard of peeing out blood but thats a whole different story. Id call my doctor and be seen for a 2nd opinion hun.

The thing is that the depression and anxiety and psychotic symptoms wich have been present for a long time are very similar with the feeling when i am sick,when i feel like throwing up.Could it be a connection between the fact that throwing up and feeling nausea make me feel anxious and gives me a panick attack and the depression? I know that a symptom of depression is nausea,but this not the point.

Well i have been throwing up a lot these past weeks and he said i could of broke a blood vessel and that's why it happened.

Other than throwing up, she acts normally, she is eating and drinking normally. The throw up is a brown liquid and she usually throws up during the night as we find it when we get up in the mornings. There is no smell to the vomit. Is this something serious?

If she is anorexic (or bulimic, or both), it's actually a kind of mental illness and she won't be rational towards you. Well i didnt go to the hospital because it wasnt a whole lot and it didnt continue the next day i figured it was from throwing up too much since iv been throwing up everyday and iv never thrown up so much before i will be talking to my doctor about it. You sound very dehydrated, especially if your throwing up bloody bile. I threw up so much I actually threw up both the lining in my stomach snd esophagus. Very painful. I finally broke and went to the er, and they told me the first or 2nd time I saw blood I shouldve come in to get it under control.

My dr gave me some medicine when I was in my first trimester for throwing up issues. So I have to take that now. Just try and not eat until you get full. Stop eating a tad bit before you hit the full point. It might help.

I woke up early this morning and got a glass of milk about an hour later I was throwing up what looked like old curdeled milk and it was kind of yellowish(sorry for the mental image).but I checked the milk and it doesn't expire until dec 20.What is going on?
