in it, or what I recommend, is to put a tiny slice of raw ginger in it for a few minutes. It's a natural way of easing your stomach and helps with the nausea. Also, when you're feeling that way, lay down and rest. Being more active will only make you feel worse. Remember that you are pregnant and it's perfectly fine to take it easy!
