It has been three weeks now and my husband is still throwing up blood almost like everyday, it started out as red blood and now its dark like maroon color, he refuses to go the the Dr's. What could this be? He also has sharp pains on both sides of his stomach, his stomach look sreally bloated.

Last night when we went to bed she was fine, but this morning around 3am she threw up. It started out just food now it has moved to large amounts of blood. She has thrown up 7 times and 4 were bright red blood. She is just laying there and won't move. I just got a boxer puppy that is 4 mos old and I am scared that maybe Molli has gotten something from the new puppy. What should I do?

Well i didnt go to the hospital because it wasnt a whole lot and it didnt continue the next day i figured it was from throwing up too much since iv been throwing up everyday and iv never thrown up so much before i will be talking to my doctor about it. If you're throwing up blood you probably need to go to the hospital. You're probably dehydrated hun. I threw up everyday at least 2 times until I was 28 weeks, and was in the hospital 5 times for dehydration. Dehydration can lead to preterm labor, which is no good at 23 weeks. If you don't want to go in right away I'd call your dr and see what they say to do.

re dehydrated and really straining to vomit..but this morning as usual I got up to get sick and there was like blood mixed in with my bile, not just strings like I get once in a while ...is this normal ? I work from 8 to 5 so a typical day I might have a couple glasses of wine (about 12-16 ounces) with dinner( I eat really healthy). My recommendation would be to ask your vet to run blood urine and take abdominal x-rays to determined whether or not any other health issues are present causing your cat to continue vomiting. This is not normal at all. If the tail looks like it is healing well, have your vet take a second look to be sure bacteria have not seeded the blood which can be very serious and lead to septicemia.

what do you mean spitting up blood?... throwing up blood??.... maybe a cut in your mouth??.. any blood EVER is a bad sign that you need to go to the ER.... if your throwing up blood then it means something is going on with your insides and needs to be checked ASAP.

Throwing up is pretty common in pregnancies , but the blood I'm not so sure of get an doc if you already don't & then on your next appnmnt bring this concern to her. Hope you feel better .

I think I had 7 days clean then and it really helped me to not focus on the lingering symptoms! It is amazing how our minds do clear up though! I went to see my psychiatrist today and actually had a conversation with him about "feelings" when he asked me how I was feeling! Even though my feelings are kind of all over the place I DO have them now and Im sure as the weeks go on I will have them more and more! I cant help you with the sleep thing.
