In May this year I started going to hookah bar with friends on weekends, initially we were using the same pipe to smoke hookah and two weeks of starting it I had painfull sore inside the lower lip of my mouth, I rushed to walkin clinic and doctor their told me most of the mouth related sores he has seen are STDs but he is quiet sure this no STD and told me its an CANKER SORE and developed due to my internal problems, stress and lack of Vitamin C.

Two nights ago I smoked hookah, trying out 2 different flavors and nothing happened. The following day I smoked for a longer amount of time, with both flavors again, but about a half hour after smoking I began to feel nauseus and started uncontrollably hitting my head against the counter (not hard but I was unable to stop and thought someone else was doing this to me). Hi I'm 14 and for some reason have been throwing up after breakfast and not being able to keep food down in the morning. So I was really nauseas from week 4-10 now from week 11-12 I've only just started throwing up. It's comes really suddenly and i'm worried I won't make it to toilets when at work. Has anyone else started vomiting this far along?
If you should treat yourself a food that might not be the best choice, just make up for it in the day or two after. Keep your treats to a minimum and just keep the portions small. Everything in moderation. Keep a food diary so that you can keep track of what you are eating and how you are eating. It will help you figure things out.

I went to a camp for almost a week, and the whole time smoked half a pack a day. After this i didn't smoke for a week and a half. So yesterday I went out with some friends, we went to a hookah bar smoked a bit then went to buy some cigarettes. This whole time we were outside but it started getting cold so we asked to move inside the bar. Inside was a lot warmer. I smoked two cigs when all of a sudden I began to feel really hot. I asked for a glass of water and went to the bathroom.
