They took out 1/2 of my stomach, due to it was lack of blood flow and part of it died. I have been throwing up sence the surgery. I am still throwing up. I throw up at least 3 or 4 times a day. Every day. I have lost 22 lbs in this last 6 months, and it seams no one cares. I am getting really scared for my life. 79 lbs. is no joke. I really need help..
Our 4 year old Old English Sheepdog has been throwing up regularly for a few months. She always had a sensitive stomach and tended to throw up if she ate something other than her food or if she drank her water too fast but now she is throwing up yellow bile a couple times a week on an empty stomach.
About a month ago she coughed up blood so we took her to the vet.

Now to my issue. I'm having surgery next week for a EUS, where they go in and look at all my organs, take any biopsies that they need to, drain fluids if they need to and basically come up with the definite answer if this is chronic pancreatitis.
Am I the only one that heaves for a minute before throwing up? My husband is pissing me off because he says that I need to learn to fight throwing up, and that he can hear me heaving before I even throw up....and if it keeps happening I'm going to have to have major surgery -.- what he doesn't understand is the heaving is my stomach contracting and bringing the contents up! Obviously I try to fight it down...who doesn't?
I got really sick when I went off steroids and there was a leak, I did end up with additional problems because it was after my second surgery and I had other things going on too but the steroids kept me doing okay and then when I finished things would go crazy, they put me on them again assuming Aseptic meningitis and I was good for another ten days until I was off the steroids again. Sounds like he NEEDS an MRI or at least a CT scan to see if there is a leak there causing problems.
So when I start the vicious cycle of throwing up and headaches I just take an ice pack to bed and give up.
I haven't thrown up in a couple of days, though, so that's good. I need to have an emergency container, but I always make a break for a bathroom. The kids/guest bathroom is right by the living room but I instinctively run for the master bath because I have cushier floor mats. At one point in the pregnancy I had bruises on my knees from kneeling at the porcelain throne.
If you should treat yourself a food that might not be the best choice, just make up for it in the day or two after. Keep your treats to a minimum and just keep the portions small. Everything in moderation. Keep a food diary so that you can keep track of what you are eating and how you are eating. It will help you figure things out.

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I have been able to keep everything down except wienersnitzel. I threw that up 5min after eating. And I just went to bed and let my stomach relax. Didn't want to risk throwing up again.
I can't stop throwing up I'm 13 Weeks and I can't stop it from coming up now before I would now it's like it's taking control I've ate salty crackers water but it still comes up any tricks or foods that calmed any of yuh lady's?
All have happened immediately after i wretch when throwing up. It almost feels as if something bangs against the bottom of my heart. all test results have shown no abnormalities with my heart and other then type 2 diabetes have no underlying issues. the only answers i have received is that i irratate my vagal nerve.
Hi I'm 14 and for some reason have been throwing up after breakfast and not being able to keep food down in the morning. At first I thought I was allergic to eggs so I cut those out of my diet but I keep throwing up!! This makes me insecure because it's making me loose weight. i'm the lightest I've been in a few years and was upset about being too skinny before this happened. I just want to gain weight and be healthy again.
So I was really nauseas from week 4-10 now from week 11-12 I've only just started throwing up. It's comes really suddenly and i'm worried I won't make it to toilets when at work. Has anyone else started vomiting this far along?
Yea feed baby. But try more burp breaks in between. He's drinking too fast. Shows a good appetite. That's awesome.
Best of luck with the post gallbladder surgery. My son's surgery was two years ago and he still has relapses varying from weekly to a couple weeks apart. The benign tumorsin his gallbladder did not necessitate the removal; it was a knee jerk reaction in that he did not have insurance at the time.Rarely will he go a month without chills, cramping,then vomiting bile in that order.
