Avatar f tn The 1st thing is do not eat any more cucumbers because they cause your stomach acid to get aggravated. When you do eat you need to eat things that will keep your stomach acids from getting to aggravated like toast, pasta, crackers, apple sauce, bananas, & even yogurt. I have this same problem & I had to be care during my 1st couple of months of pregnancy when I had bad morning sickness. You can try cough drops or even drink some hot tea with honey to help with your throat.
Avatar f tn Hi I'm 14 and for some reason have been throwing up after breakfast and not being able to keep food down in the morning. At first I thought I was allergic to eggs so I cut those out of my diet but I keep throwing up!! This makes me insecure because it's making me loose weight. i'm the lightest I've been in a few years and was upset about being too skinny before this happened. I just want to gain weight and be healthy again.
Avatar f tn For the last 8 months i've been throwing up after getting hot, but not all the time. It can be from getting dressed, taking too hot a shower, or from being outside. I am 56 yrs old, female and am post estrogen breast cancer. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for when it happens. I get dressed every day. Yesterday going to the store, it was very hot outside and I did not get sick. Today, in an air conditioned house, getting dressed I get too hot and throw up.

Avatar m tn They took out 1/2 of my stomach, due to it was lack of blood flow and part of it died. I have been throwing up sence the surgery. I am still throwing up. I throw up at least 3 or 4 times a day. Every day. I have lost 22 lbs in this last 6 months, and it seams no one cares. I am getting really scared for my life. 79 lbs. is no joke. I really need help..
Avatar f tn The last two times my boyfriend and I have sex with a condom I end up getting really bad stomach cramps and throwing up a few minutes later. When we don't use a condom I'm fine. I was planning on going to my doctor but I thought I'd ask your opinions first.
Avatar f tn If such ingredients are present in your food, you are likely to puke after meals. If you are not used to spicy and hot food, consumption of such food can also cause you to throw up. Food Poisoning: There are various causes of food poisoning. Bacteria from the contaminated food, improper washing of hands or ingredients, poor hygiene can lead to vomiting. Food Allergy: Food allergies lead to discomfort, pain, queasy stomach and nausea after eating.
Avatar f tn The baby takes what it needs from you first so I wouldn't worry about it.
Avatar n tn For wild dogs and particularly wolves, vomiting can be a really positive thing (well, regurgitating anyway,) as wolves returning to the pack and young weaned pups after a hunting trip vomit up part-digested food to feed the pups. So what I'm getting at is dogs' brains are wired differently as far as vomiting goes. I'm not saying this applies to any of the problems on this thread, but is interesting to bear in mind....
Avatar f tn Okay I'm 31wks and I'm throwing up like crazy i cant keep any food down or fluids but i don't have diarrhea but i am getting strong stomach pains... should i be worried or just rest n let it pass?
Avatar n tn Lately i been either feeling like throwing up or i actually do. And i get really light headed feeling like im gone pass out. Most times sprite works with some crackers but sometimes it doesnt. What should i do?
Avatar m tn Day 6 without a pill and today I throw up after I brush my teeth,I would have thought that would happen on day 1/2 or 3 not 6.
Avatar f tn It sounds to me like you're getting close to delivery. Unfortunately, hormones effect more than just your reproductive organs. An influx of hormones (as those happening at and near delivery) can cause vomiting as well as diarrhea. Let your physician know. Make sure you're able to keep fluids down. If this becomes a problem, you may need to have some IV fluids. But, keep in touch with your physician (or the physician on-call), communicate your concerns with them....
Avatar f tn You might want to try Canada Dry ginger ale. It's one of the few brands made with real ginger, a natural anti-nausea agent, plus the carbonation helps. I pretty much lived on the stuff my first couple weeks. Other natural anti-nausea/anti-gas remedies safe for pregnancy include peppermint tea or candies, fresh ginger grated into hot water or ginger candy, or anything with lemon -- tea, drops, hot lemonade, etc.
Avatar f tn m allergic to all sodas except plain coke and plain Pepsi. They make me have seizures.
1802044 tn?1316003425 s nothing really you CAN do to keep yourself comfortable besides getting a hot bath to ease cramps, warm yourself up and wash off the yuck coming out of your pores... Immodium will help with your tummy troubles and may ease up the cramping.. The active ingredient in Immodium actually binds to the opiate receptors in your brain (no high though.. sorry lol) Make sure you drink a ton of gatorade... if you're dehydrated then you'll feel 10000 time worse.
Avatar f tn it can cause you to get sick. That happened to me the other morning after drinking a large glass of chocolate milk. Dairy can also be tough on pregnant women- just read that the other day as well... we can become lactose intolerant very easily.
Avatar m tn I was given a medication to help dry up the drainage and an antibiotic. Once the infection was cleared up, the nasuea and vomiting went away. At the time I didn't have gerd.
1801864 tn?1318097993 I threw up today. and I don't know why. my dad thinks I caught a bug. but I felt fine after I threw up. everyone else thinks I might be pregnant but I think it's impossible. cause the last time we had unprotected was the 26th of January. and it's Feb 18th. and I just recently started taking birth control. is it possible?
Avatar f tn you can talk to us on here heaarrtt. You are definately not alone! Your sister obviously doesn't understand, is she anorexic perhaps, or maybe she has other problems making her be mean to you? If she is anorexic (or bulimic, or both), it's actually a kind of mental illness and she won't be rational towards you. Don't let any unkind things she might say get to you Whenever anyone is being unkind, it's because they are unhappy themselves, it's never about you.
Avatar f tn So I was really nauseas from week 4-10 now from week 11-12 I've only just started throwing up. It's comes really suddenly and i'm worried I won't make it to toilets when at work. Has anyone else started vomiting this far along?
Avatar f tn Nausea is one of the signs of dehydration, so you may feel like throwing up if you lost too much water and did not drink enough to replace it while working out. Drinking water before your run and throughout your run will ensure you stay hydrated, particularly if you are doing intense activity. Eat protein before working out, but avoid anything containing sugar for at least an hour beforehand.
Avatar f tn So when I start the vicious cycle of throwing up and headaches I just take an ice pack to bed and give up. I haven't thrown up in a couple of days, though, so that's good. I need to have an emergency container, but I always make a break for a bathroom. The kids/guest bathroom is right by the living room but I instinctively run for the master bath because I have cushier floor mats. At one point in the pregnancy I had bruises on my knees from kneeling at the porcelain throne.
8842715 tn?1412058044 I was super nauseous my first trimester. I think I threw up at least twice a day, five days out of the week. But around 16 weeks, it FINALLY started easing up a lot. I'd only get nauseous a couple of days every so often. But now that I'm almost in my third trimester, I can't go a day without puking. I've literally thrown up EVERYTHING I've eaten in the last 6-7 days.
