I went to the er for same thing if you throw up blood and its darker it means its coming from your stomach if its red its your throat...

So I'm throwing up almost everyday my moms says its allergies but it started in winter and my only allergy is pollin so the throw up is stuff like normal just small but it's getting bigger like the one where u must stop get a trash can or toilet and be there for a while someone help idk what's happening.

re dehydrated and really straining to vomit..but this morning as usual I got up to get sick and there was like blood mixed in with my bile, not just strings like I get once in a while ...is this normal ? Yes I have had almost the same argument. I also throw up blood when upset. Hang in there.

The nausea meds should help. Also sipping on water throughout helps too. It's so gross!! LOL.

I was this way with my first pregnancy. I actually didn't mind it. Cause throwing up made my tummy feel better. And it made the nauseous feeling go away. But I just ate little bits of things. I knew most things I craved would make me throw up but I didn't care. I just ate and went by the bathroom. But things that kept me fine and I didn't throw up was fruit and I like tuna sandwiches. And crackers. It wasn't much. But I was fine.

I always tried to hold it in, I hated throwing up, but it was better to throw up then hold it in all the time. At least you are trying to feel better if you throw up, holding just made me feel worse. I hope you get over this soon. Maybe call the doctor and get on some meds.

This morning she was playing with other dogs but around 10am she threw up a good bit. No big deal. She went to sleep and I went out for a few hours. She did not throw up at all when I was gone and was just sleeping on the couch. About 30 minutes after I got back she threw up two smaller amount, but the bile was reddish with blood. I took her outside and she did her business, but nothing our of the ordinary there. Her stool was firm and no blood in that. She urinated without any problem.

My son (will be 3 in June) is doing the same thing. He had a few random vomiting episodes in the month of February. His actions do not involve sticking his hands into his mouth though. Of course this alarmed me in the beginning and I assumed he was sick, but then he'd be fine. I'm realizing it happens mostly during mealtimes. I've posted about it before and I know why I'm throwing up blood, it's my stomach tearing from throwing up too much. I just don't know what to do about it. Is there a medicine other than zofran they'll give me? I don't need anti nausea, it doesn't work. When I throw up it's right away I don't have time to feel nauseous and take the zofran and if I do get to to take it I just throw it up anyways lol. Do any of you know what the Dr/er would do for me?

Invest in some antacids. Personally Tums do just fine for me (: also laying on your left side!

I was just wondering if anyone has the reason this occurs after the 3 years since this question was first asked? When I vomit I do strain alot and dry-heave. I do not actually throw the blood up but the blood always occurs after vomiting...while I spit. If anyone can tell me why this happens it would be so great. I am not for sure if this has anything to do with the acid reflux or not, but I would like an explanation.
