throw up blood after running

The last meal has to be with 2 hours before you run...with one hour before if you are hungry eat a fruit or drink a tea..no more. Also don't eat too much fat especially in the day you have your workout.

hi i just throw up a lil of blood is that okay during pregnancy is it because i didnt eat nothing but i wasnt hungry anyone help plz?

Im 20w6d and was just given meds to help with nausea because I was throwing up so bad that I ended up coughing up blood. It was just broken capillaries in my throat. Nothing to worry about. But still call your doctor.

When did the vomiting stop? I'm 14 weeks and still throwing up daily.

I went to the er for same thing if you throw up blood and its darker it means its coming from your stomach if its red its your throat...

i am 14 and going to turn fifteen on 30th i had these causes ever since i was 8years old. after i run over a long period or a short period my stomach achs terribly my throte feels like i am on fire. and these causes happen when i stop running i even throw up and i didn't even eat. and when i feel better later on my stomach kills me and i just drop on the ground. i know this is serious and i should of asked a long time ago.

can it throw your blood pressure up, last night it was running between 150/88 over 179/88 , mines never been that high. but i do know last two times ive been to dr it was 150's /160's most time 134/70, not sure if the anxiety came before the bp or after because after the 150 reading it keep getting higher and i felt nerves.

I will be 14 weeks in a few days and about two months ago when I started to get morning sickness I would spit up a little blood afterwards, but recently it's been more than usual. I forgot to tell my doctor at my first appointment and have my second appointment in 4 days, but was wondering if anyone knew why it happens or what causes it. Thanks!

So I'm throwing up almost everyday my moms says its allergies but it started in winter and my only allergy is pollin so the throw up is stuff like normal just small but it's getting bigger like the one where u must stop get a trash can or toilet and be there for a while someone help idk what's happening.

and i started coughing small amounts of blood....today was worse...as i coughed up 3 times (maybe violently) but there was blood in it...and also when i blow my nose....also when i spit normally the first spit is normal, second one is little orangish, and after that blood...they said it could be gum problem. so please if anyone can give me some advice? i am scheduled to go to a capital city hospital to see better ENT doctor who ll tell me about my sinus and nasopharynx problems..

In the last couple of weeks I have been having many skipped beats when I run on the treadmill. They continue as long as I am running and quit when I stop. Just wondering if this is a concern, maybe a sign things are changing from "nothing to worry about" to "time to see a doctor". Also, don't know if it matters but my dad had a pacemaker put in a year ago because his heart was so slow he was passing out.

So I know it's normal to throw up little bits of bloodif you're dehydrated and really straining to vomit..but this morning as usual I got up to get sick and there was like blood mixed in with my bile, not just strings like I get once in a while ...is this normal ? I am a 35 yr old mother of two who took up running almost 2 years ago. About 7 months ago I also started having blood in my stool and fatigue after a hard run- it takes a few day to go back to normal -but this condition has made me weak at times. My GI performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy - which both came back normal. I also started doing softer runs and other forms of excercise which have helped- once I run hard It happens again!!!

m on diet and going to the gym so after running and doing my wookout iv returned home gone to the loo and past a lot of blood which was bright red . iv had this hernia for over 5 years and have been told to lose weight before they will operate .

I was so thankful to come upon this issue while on google! I have always, well since I was about 16, seemed to spit up blood after vomiting. I was just wondering if anyone has the reason this occurs after the 3 years since this question was first asked? When I vomit I do strain alot and dry-heave. I do not actually throw the blood up but the blood always occurs after vomiting...while I spit. If anyone can tell me why this happens it would be so great.

She went to sleep and I went out for a few hours. She did not throw up at all when I was gone and was just sleeping on the couch. About 30 minutes after I got back she threw up two smaller amount, but the bile was reddish with blood. I took her outside and she did her business, but nothing our of the ordinary there. Her stool was firm and no blood in that. She urinated without any problem.
