You need to eat something first for it to actually help, not on an empty stomach- which kind of ruined the point of taking it for me- I just throw it back
up. Just power through it and try small snacks. I have crackers, my sister in law would
eat handfuls of cereal. Do what you can to get by. It *****, but will ease up eventually. Remember, being able to keep down anything is a victory at this point. It gets better.
