throw up after surgery

Hi, About 5 weeks ago i had an 8cm dermoid cyst removed from my left ovary by laparoscopic surgery The pain has mostly gone away but i am getting worried about feeling sick all the time since surgery, i feel nausious almost all day and i throw up bile almost every morning. About 2 weeks ago i would throw up everything i ate and this lasted for about a week. Im just wondering if it is normal for me to be feeling so sick all the time and if anybody went through the same thing?

When did the vomiting stop? I'm 14 weeks and still throwing up daily.

Is it normal that im past my first trimester & I still throw up A LOT? Is their anything I can do?

Is it bad that everytime i eat not too long after i have it come up as if im goin to throw up?

I have been throwing up sence the surgery. I am still throwing up. I throw up at least 3 or 4 times a day. Every day. I have lost 22 lbs in this last 6 months, and it seams no one cares. I am getting really scared for my life. 79 lbs. is no joke. I really need help..

HOW DO I FIND ANOTHER DR, IVE BEEN SEEING MY DOC FOR 20 YRS BEEN ON OXY BEFORE ANDD AFTER SURGERY WHEN IT DIDNT WORK , IVE BEEN TAKING 40 MG 2X A DAY.. CANT STOP THROWING UP BEEN THREE DAYS WITHOUT MEDS.. SHOUOLD I REALLY GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM?

So I'm throwing up almost everyday my moms says its allergies but it started in winter and my only allergy is pollin so the throw up is stuff like normal just small but it's getting bigger like the one where u must stop get a trash can or toilet and be there for a while someone help idk what's happening.

I actually liked the taste of it from my last pregnancy

Since then about every 6 months I get a stomach ache and bloating after which I throw up until I throw up bile. I have been told that this happens if I eat too much of the wrong foods and my existing bladder can't handle its digestion protocol and it goes into a spasm. After I throw up the overproduced bile I feel great until my next episode. Lately these episodes have been increasing in frequency and I'm getting more confused as to what foods I should not eat.

Every once and a while (maybe once a month, maybe more...) I'll need to throw up the meals I've eaten that day. Its not a nauseous feeling, just something telling me I need to go throw up. Its usually in the afternnon or evening, and it's like I didn't digest anything for the day. ALL of the food I've eatin that day comes out the same way it went in. It's almost never broken down and this is HOURS after I've eaten it.

The nausea meds should help. Also sipping on water throughout helps too. It's so gross!! LOL.

I continued to leak for about two weeks off and on after the surgery, all the while being told everything was fine.

Invest in some antacids. Personally Tums do just fine for me (: also laying on your left side!

Anything I eat since two days ago, I've been either throwing up or I wake up and throw up stomach acid since I didn't eat until a few hours prior.. they gel you pregnancy is beautiful but don't tell you the downers.. 10 weeks in 2 days :( only a fourth of the way there ... Don't know what to do.. I eat and want to throw up.

So I was attempting to throw up and with my spit it looked like blood came out. Is that normal III t wasn't a lot but I'm concerned. Should I be?

I always tried to hold it in, I hated throwing up, but it was better to throw up then hold it in all the time. At least you are trying to feel better if you throw up, holding just made me feel worse. I hope you get over this soon. Maybe call the doctor and get on some meds.

You sound very dehydrated, especially if your throwing up bloody bile. I threw up so much I actually threw up both the lining in my stomach snd esophagus. Very painful. I finally broke and went to the er, and they told me the first or 2nd time I saw blood I shouldve come in to get it under control.

If I can get the throw up out I will be fine but nothing will come

Am I the only one that heaves for a minute before throwing up? My husband is pissing me off because he says that I need to learn to fight throwing up, and that he can hear me heaving before I even throw up....and if it keeps happening I'm going to have to have major surgery -.- what he doesn't understand is the heaving is my stomach contracting and bringing the contents up! Obviously I try to fight it down...who doesn't?

i had lap. surgery Aug. 29, 08. I didn't bleed nor did I spot after the surgery. The doc. told me i would bleed as if i was on my period.. I got my period the next month and it was the same as any other period.. So maybe everyone reacts different.. How long were you in pain after your surgery? I healed really fast. i remember the day of the surgery i was up walking around and things..

Do any of you ladies ever throw up directly after you eat your food, like it doesn't even get down good. If so do you eat right after since the baby didn't get much of what you ate or you wait?

My son (will be 3 in June) is doing the same thing. He had a few random vomiting episodes in the month of February. His actions do not involve sticking his hands into his mouth though. Of course this alarmed me in the beginning and I assumed he was sick, but then he'd be fine. I'm realizing it happens mostly during mealtimes. Last week, everyone in my family had a stomach virus and we were all throwing up.
