clock and keeps me coughing till morning Sometimes I cough so much i cant breathe and i feel as if I am going to pass out.There is no mucus and it seems to start with a tickle in my throat and i can feel it in my chest . How can i get relief so i can sleep ?

My daughter has been complaining of throat pain for the last 3 months. we have taken her to her pediatrician and she couldnt figure out what was wrong with her. We took her to the ENT and he didnt find anything wrong with her. She complains every day and wakes up crying during the night that her throat and ears hurt her. Could this be allergies? we have a dog and a cat in the house. We need some answers im tired of seeing her in pain.

I keep a humidifier on. It helps that my throat doesn't get dry. Also I do lozenges. Right now I am having a litle pain in my nostrils. I have to watch that closely. Last time on Tx, I got an infection in my nose that hurt WORSE that anything else in Tx. There was absolutely nothing that would ease the pain for several days. Ugh. This time I would get help sooner, rather than later.

Could someone let me know a little more about this night sweat in ARS? How long should this night sweat last to constitute an ARS symptoms? If fever gone after one or two days, what does it mean ?

Now, two days after the night pain, my throat is still sore, and It is not from a cold. I will ask my endo for the 'neck scan'; wish me luck. This was real 'pain'; is my thyroid going wacko from too much Armour? Was this some sort of thyroid attack? This was a little freaky, much worse than just tightness in the throat. Any experience with this would help.

I defo suffer every night with a dry throat don't matter what I drink or do it makes my breathing feel contracted feels swollen n tense plus get neck ache and headache n under my chin n under my ears feels like they bloke sometimes like my hearing does a little got other symtoms to.

When i visited him again he noticed that the swelling got better but i mentioned that i had some pain on the right side of my throat, mostly when swallowing(slight pain). He prescribed antibiotics which didn't make much of a difference(I believe it was Fluconazole). So, 3 months after, i have some sense of a tight throat and a little bit of throat pain that seems to get a little stronger at night and gets better during the day.

Fever only at night and lower back pain, points towards diseases like typhoid and malaria. But the tightness in your chest indicates that the source of the problem could be a pulmonary infection. Do you have back pains and experience shortness of breath in the day also, because that could help narrow down the problem your are facing? I recommend a sputum culture. Xray of the chest can also be done to rule out bronchitis and related diseases, but the culture should be done as soon as possible.

my throat has been hurting and now i looked in it and deep in there i see a pink lump its not my tonsils i know what they look like its more in the middle everytime i eat i vomit it back up i feel i have cold sweats at night and im only 17 so im not thinking cancer but i do smoke and have smoked for a while now someone please just give me an answer

So it's 2:40am here in the UK and I'm struggling to sleep because of a cold. My throat is so sore that it actually physically hurts rather than just being a little bit sore. Anyone know of anything that might help take the pain away that I can actually do?

i am suffering from fever last two nights,but the intresting part is that the fever comes late night around 9 pm and dissapears by 2am.but during this time my whole body suffers from severe pain and i feel cold.i sweat heavily in the morning and the fever goes.in the morning i feel fresh and active.can you suggest,what the problem is?and its solution?

About a year ago (April 4, 2015), I had sex with a CSW. A condom was used, but it was expired for about a year. Recollection of that night is not as great as I would hope, due to slight inebriation, but I do not remember the condom breaking and Mr. Happy being exposed.

Anyway, on to the thing that is most concerning me . . . Last night, I woke up in the middle of the night choking on my own spit! I coughed for a good hour and half (and I'm still coughing this morning) trying to get the sensation of something in my windpipe out. It kept me up for two hours and I went back to sleep.

When I cough, I feel intense pain from the center/middle of my chest up to my throat, it really hurts when I cough. I don't cough anything up, though. But it leaves me feeling like part of my throat and chest is burning after I cough. My ears are plugged when I'm not taking Theraflu. Any medically inclined people know what this could be?

Has his fever gone down how does he seem in himself could he have any tummy pain ? There is such a thing as night terrors ,does he sleep in his own room or is another child sharing, any TV in the room may be on before he goes to sleep. Try having soothing stories and music before bed, no loud or stimulating cartoons .

I was drinking heavy one night and ended up vomiting constantly all night. The next morning, my throat was sore. I assume that this was from the acid coming up and severely burn my esophagus. I had a terrible night, worst night in a while since my PFD surgery in 2009. I am sure you're all accustom to those days when it hits you so bad that it feels like it will never get better, after two extra stength tylenol, laid in bed for two hours and it just woudn't go away, it just got worse. I have been suffering from throat/front neck pain. It has been 12 months and getting worse. If you take your hand and put it on your neck, my pain is along the esophagus on both sides.
