I have been on Amoxicillin since as well as Pramoxine and Ciprodex.

Also, the cause for the constant coughing like a throat infection or a post nasal drip can also cause an inflamed throat and pain. Avatar n tn Two days later I awoke to a swollen face and extreme pain and the area of swelling was warm to the touch and it felt hard. My Dentist put me on Clyndimycin(sp) and Lortab for pain. After no relief from either I ended up taking 2 antibiotics 5 times a day and started Percocet for the pain. He told me to apply hot wet washcloths to the area and to keep my head higher than my heart when I slept.
