Hi Gwen I do this all the time i have cross my legs in public when I sneeze. But this also happened to me after my first child and has continued and got worse with each pregnancy. Don't know if you've had kids but you could try your pelvic floor exercises. Hope this helps.

Sneezing just means your body is doing what it's supposed to be doing...getting rid of the crap and healing. It's a good thing, although annoying at times. I've always been a 'sneezer'. Its so embarrassing because it happens at random times, and I often be in public or in class so I have to quickly excuse myself. It feels like I have to sneeze but sometimes I can't even get out the sneeze. It horrible! I've been dealing with this on and off for years, it comes and goes. Ok so firstly in 12+2 weeks with my second and this pregnancy has been soo different to my first, which was pretty simple tbh, any way whenever I sneeze I get this pain/ pressure either side of my public bone where u get growing pains, is this normal n does any one else get this?!
