I would assume, given the environment as well as the fact you stated about only knowing what the person knew of their health, that you'd treat everyone as though they had a communicable disease. Aren't some things in the embalming room off limits, in terms of touching them with bloody gloves? I would think cabinet doors would be one of them.

You are not going to do permanent damage to your brain from a couple nights of drinking and smoking pot. I don't mean to encourage doing things that have some risk of creating dependency, but the actions of cannabis are temporary-- as are most of the effects of alcohol-- provided you aren't drinking to the point of alcohol toxicity (for example, drinking so much that you pass out, repeatedly).
But we all know that smoking has its negative effects in the body and the lungs is the part that usually gets affected more when we smoke. Hopefully it doesn't harm yours since you said you're just smoking occasionally. But if you really want to get better, you will never go back to that bad habit of smoking again. You can consider e-cig as a better and healthier alternative to smoking instead.
During my 10 day hospital stay the did another CT scan, MRI of the entire spinal column, every possible blood test and a repeat spinal tap. MRI showed that the swelling of the meninges was the same as the first MRI and even across the brain. All other tests came back normal or negative. By this point the Dr's have no idea what it could be or how to treat it. The last test that was done was a biopsy of the meninges.
