Keep doing what you were doing prior to getting pregnant I didn't slow down my workouts until about 30 or 32 weeks pregnant. .. as long as you feel OK and nothing hurts its fine. But definitely don't do the sparring or impact part of your martial arts. Pregnant women are not made of glass!
