I am also a breast cancer survivor, however as I am triple negative, the hormonal drugs are not effective for me so unfortunately I cant speak from experience.
However, that doesn't mean that I cant find out some interesting information for you in relation to libido and Arimidex.
Suboxone not only effects sex drive it effects Testosterone levels. There is a lot of misunderstanding of this out there. Viagra and Cialis without sex drive equals an erection that allows for sex but no satisfaction to the male if there is no drive. Low testosterone causes low sex drive and erectile dysfunction.
Results are sometimes disappointing and there could be side effects. There are natural ways to improve testosterone levels (e.g. tongkat ali), ask your doctor about them.
b) I know Dostinex (cabergoline) is an effective treatment for high prolactine. I've tried Dostinex recently to improve my libido but results were disappointing.

My testosterone levels are very Low. In the 300's. I'm thirty years old. I've done some research and see it should be much higher. I have been on anti depressants since I was in my late teens-early twenties. I would imagine it's not a coincidence. I have all of the symptoms of Low T, some which could also be the side effects of ssri's and anxiety meds. I can't go without those meds. Not yet anyway, I've tried and I need medication to function.
Is your endo a pituitary endo at a pituitary center? Was the MRI a dynamic pituitary MRI with contrast and the images recorded the uptake of the contrast?
Has anyone else besides a radiologist seen the film?
If your endo is not a neuro-endo, find one (larger hospital, university hospital). If he/she is, find another.
Did you get other tests on the pituitary and at 8am fasting? What about cortisol testing? That can lower testosterone too.
Where you are on any medications or not, it would be a good idea for the doctor to do a blood test to check your testosterone levels. Some men do get low levels of testosterone and there are testosterone gels that are applied to a limb to absorb the hormone.

Ok, a bit youg but give DHEA a try, but please read up about it before you go on it as it can have some funny side effects with some people, this will boost you up all round your sexual levals, start low 25mg day and work it up to what you think is best for you, you can also back this up with Tribulus again it covers most of the same things, but DHEA is a hormon booster, they are both over the counter things to buy or you can get them from PP or amazon.
Hi. Your husband's testosterone was low, and normally they give testosterone shots for this, or I should say "you" would be giving your husband the shots. But he can also have the nurse at his doctor's office give them to him. It's good that he saw an Endo, and he/she really can't comment until his test results come back. At this time she will have lots to discuss with you.

You should not take the testosterone injections unless and until the levels of testosterone has been found to be low. Testosterone injections has many side effects and these include cholesterol levels alteration, cognitive and behavior changes, numbness, tingling sensation, loss of appetite, increased thirst, male patterned baldness, and breast swelling in men.
