In February 2010 I had Stereotatic Radio Surgery (after not freezing my sperm as my consultant believed it would all be ok). I was also starting on the new Nabido (testosterone) injection. I went back for a further sample in June 2010 and there was no sperm at all. My FSH level was 0.
453025 tn?1205777979 I have been seeing a man for quite some time now, I have learned that he uses testosterone injections as well as HCG injections. I know that he as been taking testosterone injections longer than HCG. Avatar n tn Is your son a physician? Congratulations on attaining your age of 88+, however without a proper checkup by a physician with blood tests, I question your need for testosterone injections. "Seratulin" is an unknown to me. I also wonder about your need for a personal gym trainer and building muscle at this stage of your life, depending upon your overall health and whether you have been athletic and physically active in the past.

Avatar m tn I started taking self injections of testosterone that my MD prescribed after trying every anti-depressant known to man. It seems that doctors throw anti-depressants at anyone who has low energy and just feels sluggish. Your level of 178, I'm sure you will be told falls in the "normal" range. In my opinion, you will benefit greatly from a higher testosterone level. You should check the site thehiddendisease.com for some really helpful info.

Avatar n tn When urologist #4 noted my elevated hemoglobin levels I had been receiving testosterone injections by my family doctor who wasn't giving me shots on any regular schedule or dosage. Avatar n tn I`m taking testosterone injections during 3 months, but it doesn't work to me. Analysis shows high level of testosterone in my blood (5+ times more than reference) but I feel literally nothing. Same energy, same hair level, same voice, same stamina and strength level. I`m 22 yo, but I don't changing and still looks like 13-14 yo kid, maybe it has connection somehow. Why do my body ignore male hormones?
Avatar n tn I am in my 30s, and I have always had low testosterone. Happily, I am being treated with testosterone injections, and it changed my life in a good way. You need to get a primary care physician to refer you to an endocrinologist. Be very honest about your psychological issues (anxiety and/or depression). They will test your blood for both "total testosterone" and "free testosterone." Free testosterone is the most important number.
Avatar m tn Usually there are no adverse effects to stopping testosterone therapy. However, it would have been useful if you had told us the name of the testosterone injections you were receiving.
Avatar m tn My question is should I be taking this or something else to combat the effects of coming off testosterone injections? Some sites even stated I should have been on HCG during my therapy to reduce the side effects of shrinking testicles, which I have experienced. HCG is supposed to reverse this so I'm wondering if this is what I need, or just another supplement I can buy to help me feel better and energetic again.
Avatar m tn I have started trt (testosterone replacement therapy). Have noticed zero results yet except for a rise in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings. Im 36 and in decent shape, BMI is 33 and am taking BP meds. Looking for feedback or personal experiences. Thank you.
