Avatar m tn I have BPH (an enlarged prostrate) ,and I have recently discovered after a back injury that I have a herniated disc at L4,L5 and a small inguinal hernia on the left side.I suffer pain in my lower abdomin and testicals.The testicular pain is constant and a dull pain that can get worse if I exercise ,play tennis,golf etc.I don't know if the testicular pain is coming from my back herniated disc or from the hernia.

Avatar n tn Hi, for a several weeks now, i have been having mild testicular pain(right testicle), and a little bit of pain in my lower right back and groin that seem to be occuring at the same time. Lately ive been passing a lot of gas, and i have had some diarhea and a little constapation. I went to see my doctor b4 the gas she said i might have epidiymitis and told me to rest. It felt better after a while but i recently traveled to a different part of the country and i havent been able to contact her.

Avatar m tn I should see your doctor again, though I sympathise with you man, I had an injury to my genitals and I have had pain in my scrotum ever since, even though there was no damage, just bruising. I too have no problem with erections but I cannot always ejaculate which is extremely painful. I also had medication for a while which helped and I was ok'd but since then I have more persistent erections and a lot of stabbing pain in my scrotum.

I am now convinced that my back pain is something similar to PFD that is secondary to testicular pain. Obviously if my testicles are causing me pain, those muscles will be overly tense for long periods of time.
