i had red, itchy, swell penis forehead last year & i gone to doctor and he tested me for HIV 1&2 antibodies, VDRL, HERPES simplex virus 1&2 IGG-IGM & TSH and all test came normal (negative). Then my doc told me that it is candidal balanoposthitis & he gave me fusidic acid cream with terbinafine cream and some tablets for infection & infection cured 70% but itching never gone.
i have constant itching between my leg creases at pelvic area nothing i use stops the itching could it be im alergic to something theres no rash other than redness if i scratch
You may have a yeast infection but it may be resistant strain to the medicines they have in the stores. See if they have one without Azole at the end. If they have a vaginal Terbinafine that would work (but if it is only for athletes foot don't use it). Otherwise you will have to get a culture done from the doctor to see what it is.
This tome the infection was while patch all over the penis head and foreskin giving heavy itching which peels off and new patches develops after 5-7days thus recurring.
Initially as per GP applied Miconazole + Hydeocortisone togerwith Trbrinafine 250mg and Fluconazole 250mg for 5 days, but no relief.
He referred to a Dermatologist. Administred Terbinafine-500mg (10days) and Fexofenadine-120mg (7 days) continued applying Miconazole but had no relief.

ve been taking it for about a week due to stitching of my finger from cutting it.... It just started itching a day or two ago. No bumps that I can see,just itching on an off.. I'm wondering is it fom the antibiotics the doctor prescribed,and what can I take to stop the itching. Like I said there are no bumps,but I can feel the irritation.
I have been itching around my croch area and butt for a mounth and it seems to get worst, like if it was a case of atlets foot, the more you itch the better it feels.also some of my tattos have been raising up with little bumps that somtimes itch. and my hands sometimes itch like if it was athlets foot.

About one week ago I started having a rash on my left breast. It is not under the breast where you would sweat. It is on the side and top. When it itches, it is INSANELY itching. I can literally bruise from the itching. It's on the nipple and around it....a raised red area where you can see the border of the rash.
that contained either miconazole,tolnaftate,terbinafine,ketaconazole or clotrimazole. My pharmicist recommended clotrimazole as the best of those five and it IS working. The red rash has faded to practically clear,no itching at all. It's inexpensive and has taken only about two weeks to this point. It may work in your case as well.

The lesion has all but disappeared, but I am still feeling the itching and crawling. I also see tiny pimples sprout up around the area. I observed a small white patch in my forearm a few months back, no itching and no pain or no scaling even, now slowly the patch started to grow in a circular fashion, now a days i see occational itching but no modalitites for that, itching comes once in a while. slowly i saw many small patches developing in my wrist as well. in that patch there is hair loss and the patch is very dry. i am confused about the disease i am suffering form.
now my younger son has the same type of rash. itching with flesh to red bumps. there is no puss or sign of infection but they both are being driven crazy with the itch. they haven't had fevers or anything. just this crazy itching. i have done all i can do. if you have any suggestions please let me know. they have taken everything from benadryl to antibiotics and used hydrocortizone and topical steriods.
For past 5 years am suffering from serious scrotum and anal itching and for abt a year now I notes blood in semen during ejaculation this happen once in two to four month. No rashes, no pain, no rednes my scrotum looks normal, I went to several doc they prescribe antifungal like gentaline c cream, sonadem cream, muconazole cream and tab, terbinafine cream and tab. But problem comeback after 2 or 3 weeks of treatment.
I got a bad rash on my wrist one day then a couple weeks later my legs started to become very itchy. I reframed from itching but now I am getting random scabs only on my legs and the scabs are circular.
face, arms, back. My dermatologist gave me Lamisil cream with oral terbinafine during 2 weeks. My rash has almost disappeared. It came back 1 month after taking terbinafine. I have done a mycological examination 1 month after taking terbinafine but it was negative. Also, oral griseofulvin during 3 weeks didn't work. My rash was spreading all over my body (70%). The physicians sayed it was eczema. The gave me diprosone and oral cortisone.
