i have black lines/damages between teeth. i have changed several dentists and they told that i don t have problem.
just wondering what is that? it is not cavity, calculus or rotting of the teeth. but, that space is really sensitive on anything cold or hot.
ve had mixed results with the white strips.. I think if you use them as directed that MAYBE your teeth will get a shade or a couple shades lighter...
If you want better results see your dentist about getting custom fit mouth trays and do the at home bleaching..

Why not get them replace - the new composite filling materials give excellent results.

This is not good because it is like having acid on your teeth. Your teeth can not repair themselves from this type of procedure. Which as a result makes your teeth more suseptible to cavities. You could have problems later. I would be careful also because you are doing veneers which does not cover the whole tooth so the remaining part will be exposed. So you could form a cavity around or under the veneer and may not be able to notice it for quite sometime. Educate yourself on bleaching.
This tooth was root canal filled about 20 years ago. The dentist put a bleaching solution in the tooth and a temporary filling on top. By Monday evening I was in severe pain, and went back to the dentist the next day. He removed the solution and filled the tooth. The next day I was in even more pain, despite taking the max dose of both Ibuprofen and paracetemol. He repeated the procedure again the next day, taking out the filling, claning the cavity and replacing the filling.
In pictures, it looks as if my front teeth are actually missing. I know that whitening or bleaching them will just wear off. What I'm wondering is, what is the best and LONGEST lasting solution to this? Veneers? Should I have them pulled out and just get fake teeth?

I am NOT happy, but now I have to live with the permanent cosmetic mistake in judgement this Orthodondist made by scraping so hard and putting so much pressure on my teeth. He also left a mess of dull, unevenness on all of my tooth surfaces, of which my dentist just polished off.
AND, he heated up my tooth HOT from not using water or air while running the finishing bur on my front tooth...he even admitted it got hotter than what he wanted when I asked him about that.
