Abnormal ejaculation includes ejaculation failure, ejaculation disorder, retrograde ejaculation, and ejaculation decrease. You can consult your doctor and talk to him regarding decreasing the dose of Uromax or change to 5-alpha reductase inhibitors like Finasetride (Proscar) which can be used for BPH.

A doctor prescribed Amoxicillin 625mg + Tamsulosin medicine for 10 days to me. I have a side effect after taking Tamsulosin (Retrograde ejaculation) or any other ejaculation problem. Is this normal or should I stop using Tamsulosin? Or will it (Retrograde ejaculation ) recover after stop using ten days? Should I keep getting Tamsulosin for 10 days or stop?

I do NOT tolerate these tablets as well and have also tried the 10mg capsules with the same effects (less effective more side effects- nausea, dizziness, fat face, racing thoughts, decreased libido, nightmares, sleep disturbances, etc.).. I have called several pharmacies but they all have the blue tablets too -_-... Th side effects persist even after a month on the different pill forms too.. Any options left? Or must I suck it up and take a pill that makes me sick or discontinue usage...

I just have this poking chest pain in the left side relieved by tamsulosin. does the r axis mean definitely I have enlarged right atrium or ventricle? so I could have some fibrosis? Hello, Every drug has its own side effects and Flomax (tamsulosin) is no exception. However it has been reported that treatment with FLOMAX capsules for up to 12 months had no significant effect on prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and does not effect prostate. It effect the vision and may cause blurred vision but that is found in only 0.2- 2% of the patients.

I had same problem, but on 1 tablet a day till I had surgery on prostate (TURP) 8 years ago with no drugs. Google new surgery on Prostate called Razum, popular in US and consultants here not pleased because it can be performed by your GP.

These side effects should go away over time and they should have within a month at least lessened so it might be worthwhile to speak to a doctor about it.
